I can relate with you and still it's a blessing... we consider where we are at in our walk in Faith with the Lord.. I pray we stay steadfast in trusting the Lord while we are in this phase.. yung pakiramdam not going anywhere in our journey. But let's just continue.. kahit unti unti.. one step at a time.. pursue God kesa makita tayo ng enemy na mahina tayo and get delayed much longer.. salamat for sharing.. pabuhat tayo kay Jesus.. I'm sure He won't mind.. He'd love to see us depend on Him.

Jesus never said there is going to be a New Testament or "Read my book". Jesus didn't leave a Book behind, then what did he leave? He left 12 Apostles and Peter, the man with the Keys. He gave them the authority to preach and baptize. There was no Bible until the 4th Century. It was the Catholic church and its Bishops who decided that there is going to be 27 books in the new testament. The Apostles didn't go around the world preaching with Bible in their hands. They taught what they learned directly from Jesus. Many of their teachings were not writen down, Paul the Apostle exhorted the faithful to 'stand firm and hold fast to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by our letter'(2Thessalonians 2:15). That's the sacred Apostolic tradition the Church has, how Eucharist is Celebrated, the Sacraments Sola Scriptura or Bible Alone is a false doctrine of Protestantism. It was never meant to be Bible Alone, That's exactly the reason why there are 45000+ denominations of Protestantism and they teach 45000 different things. No one can agree with each other. The 3 pillars on which the Church is built is: 1.The Holy Bible, 2.Magistirium (Chair of Peter, Papacy), 3.Apostolic Traditions.
