- Hey friends! Welcome back to another in depth perfume review. This time let's tackle Dossier Floral Marshmallow, a dupe of Kilian's Love, Don't Be Shy. I have always admired Love, Don't Be Shy whenever I have made my way through the Sephora. However the price point is pretty high and I have never picked it up myself. I am LOVING Dossier's dupe as it smells quite similar to my nose. Have you tried this one??? What are your thoughts? Please be sure to subscribe if you are new!

I am so happy you introduced us to Dossier. I had tried Alt and it was hit or miss and Oakcha which has an amazing BR540 dupe. The Dossier scents I've tried for both myself and husband are spot on to the originals and I love the magnetic cap on the bottles.
The cap is kind of a nice feature. I really like their simple packaging. Sometimes I wonder if they should spruce up the label but not at the expense of raising the cost please, haha!

Perfect timing! Just discovered Dossier and Zara. I bought three scents from Doss & exchanged my Tom ford lost cherry dupe for this one. I think i made the right choice!

I recently discovered so many brands that do dupes. Armoff have some good ones that I’ve tried so far. Oakcha is supposed to be great.
I recently got some called by belayer that are Dana inspired and they smell amazing
There are four or five others that I have tried so far that are really good.

Floral Marshmallow is so gorgeous 😭😍 Ive never smeller the original but now i know why its so hyped up. It just came in the mail yesterday so I'll be wearing today to work.
Aquatic Coconut, the dupe for Beachwalk, is an incredible summer beach scent. Straight up smells like sunscreen and the hot sun on your skin at the beach.
And Fruity Orange, dupe for Clinique Happy, is so pretty and easy to wear amd my boyfriend loves it on me. So it seems to be one of those scents men love. I have about 7 Dossier perfumes at this point so im 100% a fan

Just starting the video but I have to say I LOVE this fragrance, particularly this time of year. So sweet & fresh & it lasts a good amount of time in me. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

YES! This one is a great, significantly less expensive option. They do great with Tom Ford fragrances as well!
I love Dossier fragrances, but I went to ALT for the dupe of Love Don’t Be Shy because ALT is the only one that has a Parfums de Marly Delina dupe that I adore! So anyway, I added the dupe of Love Don’t Be Shy to my order when I picked up Delina.
The ALT version is so neroli forward and that note just doesn’t mesh at all with my body chemistry, projects across the room and takes a very long time to dry down. Once the dry down occurs, the fragrance is a warm and pleasant scent on me, but it’s a struggle to get to that point 😜
I watched another video where the person compared both the Dossier and ALT versions to the original and she said they are both close, but Dossier is closer and much more marshmallow forward, whereas ALT is definitely citrus forward, lasts longer on the skin than the original, and the neroli overpowers the marshmallow. She said the original smells more like if you sprayed those two versions together.
I think I would have enjoyed the Dossier version much more because I do best with sweeter scents than I do with citrus - unless it’s a light citrus. I’m now very curious to smell the original! I’m also curious about the Dossier version!!
I am also VERY interested in Alt to be honest because I too want to try the Delina dupe. I have heard so many great things about the original but the price point lol.... They are cruelty free tho so maybe I should bite on the OG. How do you feel about the Alt Delina? And yes, the Dossier is VERY marshmallow forward. My favorite part for sure!
ALT Duchess compared to the Delina OG is spot on from the opening to the drydown! No need to purchase the OG in my opinion! The only reason I have it is because my son gifted it to me for Christmas. I put Duchess on one wrist and Delina on the other; Delina is ever so slightly sweeter but I really can’t tell the difference! The dupe is very well blended, I don’t have to overspray it and it lasts all day on me.
The next time I place a Dossier order I’m going to pick up the Floral Marshmallow!
Also thank you for suggesting the Pacifica Silver Moon perfume awhile back. I was able to pick it up at ULTA with a coupon for about $18! You’re so right - it is sooo good and great for an everyday scent! ♥️.

I don't think it's specifically for Fall and Winter per say. I think the floral notes make it kind of a nice option for spring as well. But the marshmallow does lend itself to smelling a bit more warm and cozy. It's sort of a chameleon fragrance in that I think it could be good year round.

I do not. Not sure I have enough for a top 10 in that category but I can see what I can pull together.
