Brilliant stopover, only problem for us was you had to have coins for machine to pay, which we didn't have. The nice lady in the Quay pub nearby sorted us out 😊
Brilliant info. About time too. I heard theres one planned in New Ross beside the Aldi. Building works havent started yet. Seems like the town councils that have been bypassed are getting their act together finally. Camper and motorhome pll tennd to spend money and support local small businesses.
Fantastic news. Great to see ample room between moho bays for a few reasons.... safety and snoring neighbours being just two. Let's hope when people come in and see that it's full, they will move on. From your drone footage, already a moho taking up two car spaces can be seen. That's gonna fcuk it up.... and quick. But overall, great to see and the positive outweigh the visible negative.
Funny thing about that motorhome it was French and the Aire wasnt realy ready BUT they did pay for the 2 spaces they took !!!!! there are 12 to 15 bays with 6 to 8 smaller ones for overflow AND if they get used on a regular basis they will be enlarged for use :) thanks for watching
@CharlieandMeOurCampingVlog paying for 2 spaces is fair enough in one sense.... but the bays for moho are available, the Aires may not be fully functional as you say but the bays are complete.... and usable. Let's hope when the Aires is full, people respect that and don't use the car bays.
Great job so lacking every where else especially waterford who seem to be doing there best to stop campervans new barriers have popped up to block campers would suggest anyone staying there be careful clonmel surprisingly rough town junkies quiet visable on Streets
A lot of towns have that happening on the streets but one can still camp safely.. this is a great facility and was full on its first weekend so lets hope that keeps up despite whatever goes on around the streets ....
they actually aren't and they have 2mtrs between them there has been nights when 15 vans have stayed and it comfortable ... AND its better than having nothing !!!!
Well done Clonmel , Showing the rest of Ireland what they should be doing .

Irish town councils are so SLOW at copping on to the revenue we could bring to a town !!!
