If they know others will let you film then that is silly to push away the custom. 18p a spin they make over the long run whether you win or lose on that day. Somebody else will lose on the slots you play on if you win, so by not letting you play has lost them at least £50.
I can never get why venues wouldn’t allow recording. There’s nothing sinister in it and it’s absolutely free advertisement for those establishments which costs a lot in terms of marketing.
