First time I watched Tokyo Drift, I was like 10 years old, and Han's personality, vibe and car was most charismatic thing I’ve seen that time. I've never seen someone as cool character as Han,. It's just phenomenal, that's why Tokyo Drift will always be my favorite racing movie!!!
Exactlyyy!!! See, in the first three movies, the cars were important, brian's supra, eclipse, skyline, evo, dom's rx7, charger, sean's chevy, evo and that mustang. But now......they get million dollar cars from nowhere and then crash them within 10 minutes! I just hate it!

As great as his RX-7 is, what makes it beautiful is that the car is a reflection of Han himself. Had it been someone else, this car would have just been a really clean rx7, but it's connection with Han is what elevates it into being something truly magical. The same applies to Brian's skyline
I wouldn't really call it a clean RX-7 though, since it looks absolutely nothing like an RX-7. Taillights, headlights, spoiler, full body kit. Even covered up the rear window. Basically every iconic part of the RX7 body style.
@@Plan9ine nah tbh I find the normal rx7 really ugly… especially the spirit version. With those lights nearly on the front wing it makes it look like a douche. But the Fortune Kit however damn that’s sexy! It makes this Japan Jdm classic look like a modern supercar with nice aerodynamics and sharp edges
One thing I appreciate more about Han's rx7 is the producers didn't alter the engine sounds of the rx7. Cuz honestly there is no better sound than a rx7's Wankel engine sound who also have a turbocharger. They did this car justice and Han's personality makes it the car stands out even more

I like the rest of the body kit but the stock headlights and taillights of an rx7 are what makes the car look so sleek. It looks so gentle and wise yet so aggressive and cunning
I have a i8 2018 and a lambo huracan and I had a rx-8 and rx-7 but honestly speaking nothing beats the experience I had with rx 7 one of the best sports car ever in my opinion

This RX7 blew me away when i first watched the movie, even now when I see it in these videos I'm still in awe of it. However when I see these "recreations" of FDs with Veilside kits, and the same wheels and paint, it just doesn't look the same. There can only be one!
Those aren't really recreations, the Fortuna RX-7 was unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon around when production for the movie started, and they just REALLY liked the car and decided to get one to be the hero car for Han (and of course a bunch of crappy extras for stunts), so it's not that those are recreations of Han's car, it's just that Han's car is just one of the many Fortuna RX-7s out there (and Veilside sold them pretty cheap for that level of quality, around 4.000.000 yen, there's a subbed video of DK Tsuchiya talking of Veilside's president on the CARPRIME channel that will tell you a lot about the history of those cars, pretty cool stuff!)

The older Veilside Kit that was used for Doms Rx7 is also clean as hell while still maintaining that classic look! It just doesn’t look that douchy
