      Ha, interesting you've asked for this as my next deep dive one was going to be the "deadlift", so I will make sure I add the Romanian deadlifts in as one of the variations!

      It's not something I've heard of until reading your comment. I've just looked at it briefly and it looks good. Probably more physio based, but could be useful.

    I have bicuspid arotic value plus generalised anxiety disorder...i was takeing pills more than year ..now i decided to stop pills...can u suggest any exercise tip foucsed on bicuspid heart ?
