Kim So-hyang is without a doubt one of the finest vocalists in the yet she refuses to sign with the numerous agencies that wanted to sign her! She is actually a gospel singer that only wishes to help the spirits of people whom are troubled in mind and soul. She is a cancer survivor, and knows how to comfort those in need. She sings like this even though she suffers from a chronic disease that inflames her lungs and she constantly sings in pain and on occasions with pneumonia! That is why her fans like myself adore her and would do anything to support her mission of helping others!

Brief summary....
So Hyang is a South Korean gospel singer and a devout Christian. In her early 20's and newly married, she was diagnosed with uterine cancer, which left her unable to have children. After she was healed by God, her goal has been to use her voice to bring comfort to people who are experiencing difficult times. She is not motivated in any way by either money or fame. She speaks fluent English. She also teaches voice technique at various universities in South Korea. She is also a published author. When So Hyang sings in Korean, one does not have to understand the language. So Hyang is BRILLIANT, at conveying the message of the song.

Sohyang is an extraordinary singer. Her fantastic smile and soft & powerful voice make us feel eomotion and us weep from ours deep mind. Addicted to her automatically....^^ LOVE SOHYANG~~~^^♥

I also recommend you listen to Song So-hee! She is so spe ial she has been labeled as one the national treasure of Korea. There are videos going back to when she was 8 years but she is now in her early 20s so I recommend one of her recent videos. Her emotional delivery will melt the coldest heart!

I found so Hyang about 6 months ago. She is amazing. So Hyang is in her mid 40s and a gospel singer. She is a cancer survivor and also an author. She is simply an amazing woman. Please do much more so Hyang 🙏

I discovered SoHyang myself for the first time over the summer. She's one of my new favorite singers. She doesn't promote herself or sing for fame, fortune or a record deal. She sings to lift people up and make them feel better. She sings for a greater purpose, and a higher power. She's very religious, and she's a cancer survivor. Some songs from this year would include Amazing Grace, Never Enough, I Will Always Love You, and If I Ain't Got You.
A couple older English song videos would include Lean On Me, and You Raise Me Up.
A couple of older Korean song videos would include Dream, and Everyone, which has a little bit of English, and is really deep rooted in gospel. Other singers who I've found this year and have really enjoyed would include Morissette, Daneliya Tuleshova, and Katrina Velarde.

I‘m rewatching all your older Sohyang reactions and I guess this was one of your first for Sohyang! That was visceral man!!!! As a producer, with all your knowledge about post production etc… and you still showed heartfelt awe and reacted 1. to her voice/tone initially 2. Her soft high notes 3. Her expression while singing 4. Her power, 5. The arrangement and although not directly reacting on how you felt you sure looked like a person about to break down and cry as if to have witnessed a miracle.
