Disappointing! I’m a distributor in Singapore , i ordered three equipment Inside , Runner touch and Elliptical Touch. For a very high end customer’s Home but upon delivery we notice the custom paint job was bad and we contacted Export Manager Antonio Gallo since 2 weeks we not yet got a reply. Bad custom paint with un reliable after sales. It breaks my heart for such a establish brand.
