    what a superb message.. learned about the 4 primary emotions we sprint past and dive directly into angry.. giving pause to peel back the layers to discover what is happening inside us that we are mistakenly thinking is anger.. this is so helpful ..

    oooftahhh.. 15,423 steps at my shift today 👏👏.. home finally ,3pm and will watch our service now..
    for the Tanzania project, I am a monthly supporter for an ahhmazing school/hospital/care home for Tanzania kids with severe disabilities called “Share Tanzania”; super modest beginnings that are now being so blessed.. new buildings being raised and 111 children being cared for, nurtured, therapeutically assisted, spiritually supported with Christ.. been with them for about a year now..
    thank you all at SBC for being so nurturing and attentive to us congregates!! so grateful for everyone and for all the immersive ministries ❣️👏❣️👏❣️ absolutely an oasis of hope and joy in a pretty desolate at times world!!

      today is a hard day Pastor Ryan; “dad” was sooo lost; soo unhealthy… he’s gone on now.. but it’s definitely kinda a big downer.. leaning into Jesus though and our Father God..
