I don't think we actually know the real name of "Corrupted" but we call him that anyways because well Nightmare Sans is called Corrupted Nightmare Sans. I don't believe he's human either, he's the voice who was tempting Nightmare Sans to eat the black apple, so literally an Adam and Eve situation. But yea when Nightmare Sans ate the apple Corrupted took a hold of his body and fully controlling it, BUT Nightmare Sans still does exist except they've sorta swapped places, Nightmare Sans is in the mind of Corrupted Nightmare Sans so he's still technically alive but not really? It's impossible for Nightmare Sans to come back regardless so I'd say he's dead. And technically Corrupted Nightmare Sans doesn't even have these guys in the lore, it's sorta a fandom thing but yes I'd imagine Corrupted Nightmare Sans to form some type of gang like this and indeed not give any cares for them, in lore the only person that Corrupted Nightmare Sans is associated with is another Sans (I forgot his name) that's basically a negative battery pack because he's depressed so Corrupted Nightmare Sans feeds off of him. But yea he doesn't care about anything or anyone but negativity, so yes you're basically right

Horrortale - is an alternative neutral ending for Undertale (and there are a lot of those), in which, Undyne took the throne, meaning that Frisk was... A jerk? Which leads to possibility, that when they defeated Omega Flowey (or photoshop?), they decided to use "fight". This scene in original shows us, that he becomes a "normal" flower (no face, no anything). Maybe he returned again, but only with one eye (a possible reason, as to, what exactly has happened)
