Leveraging your CV is great if you do it right. However what they don't tell you is that you need to have money to put into a CV policy. 90% of America won't be able to fund the policy well enough to have a large enough CV in a short enough time to leverage it in a meaningful way. I am not hating, it's just the reality.
In Australia, the life insurance market is different, and participating whole life insurance policies are not as prevalent as they are in Canada and the USA. However, similar financial strategies can be explored using other types of insurance products or financial instruments available in Australia. It would be beneficial to consult with a financial advisor familiar with both IBC and the Australian insurance market to explore equivalent options.
