All of these has already been aswered. All the other tailed beasts are just walking around in the wild, Momishiki went after the Jinchuurichi first because he loves terrorizing people. Isshiki did not go after the tailed beasts because they are useless to him, he had a 10 tails already, what would be the point? Killer Bee was not absorbed, he did exactly what he did to Sasuke and left a part of the ten tails to be absrorbed by Momoshiki while he returned to the cloud. This is why Momoshiki was suprised how little chakra he got from Bee and was confirmed when Naruto said Bee returned to his villafe after the Momoshiki fight. It comes from assumptions. Tail beasts are chakra, so no chakra would mean no tailed beast. Chakra can build on itself but if there’s no chakra, there’s nothing to be built. The 3 tails also came back and was sealed into the Mizukage not too long after that, this goes along with Kurama, In chapter 503, it was made clear the 9 tails would come back if it died. This whole tailed beast thing is confusing to me because where is all the other tailed beast at and why ishiki and momoshiki didn’t go capture them plus where is killer bee did he die momoshiki absorbed the eight tails so doesn’t that make boruto a jinchiki as well or shouldn’t the eight tails be reincarnated within killer bee off spring also why didn’t ishiki and momoshiki didn’t just break the seal of kaguya to kill her

All the other tailed beasts are just walking around in the wild, Momishiki went after the Jinchuurichi first because he loves terrorizing people.
Isshiki did not go after the tailed beasts because they are useless to him, he had a 10 tails already, what would be the point?
Killer Bee was not absorbed, he did exactly what he did to Sasuke and left a part of the ten tails to be absrorbed by Momoshiki while he returned to the cloud.
This is why Momoshiki was suprised how little chakra he got from Bee and was confirmed when Naruto said Bee returned to his villafe after the Momoshiki fight.
Kaguya is dead, the seal kills her and the only reason she survived the first time is because she made Zetsu.

It comes from assumptions. Tail beasts are chakra, so no chakra would mean no tailed beast. Chakra can build on itself but if there’s no chakra, there’s nothing to be built. The 3 tails wasn’t drained of chakra, Rin had Kakashi kill her while she was the Jinchuriki. The 3 tails also came back and was sealed into the Mizukage not too long after that, this goes along with Kurama, In chapter 503, it was made clear the 9 tails would come back if it died. But when Kurama dies in boruto, he speaks about it as finality, right when talking about the mode depleting his chakra. No one knows when tail beasts come back, again another assumption, if Kurama died and it was known he’d come back, we thought Naruto would still be alive, so Kurama giving Naruto that emotional goodbye, I assumed he believed he wouldn’t return. We knew the process of a regular death of a tailed beast, but Kurama went out of his way to explain how it wasn’t a regular death. We were wrong tho
