I've worked out to this: 3x: 25 burpees, 15 pull-ups, 30 squat; 3x: 8 hammer curl + superset 8 pull-up; 3x 15 alternated curls; 4x 10 dips; I've began peasant ended up SPARTAN.
then I went playing hearthstone and smashed my keyboard because the pump was real, lost the games but opponent was scared.
This gave me a good laugh!! :)

First day - 300 pull ups - 24 series.
Second day - 700 squats and combinations on legs - 24 series.
Third day - 260 push ups (12) and 180 push ups on the rails (12). After that one day of rest. Repeat again.
