Timely… It was the most nostalgic song of meepcity. I remember fishing, and catching what looks like a stone. When parties weren’t NSFW and just hangouts. It feels like remembering these songs… it reminds me of how life starts from being a happy kid on a Friday night, playing meepcity with your bruvs, to someone struggling to keep up with their grades in middle/high school.
I remember spending hours just to get enough money to buy those roller blades.. damn I wanna feel those moments when my neighbors gathered to play roblox.. it's gone now lmao

i remember my 2017 memories of playing roblox. i was really young. i would always play work at a pizza place or even roller coaster tycoon, but it was always happy and fun. there was no drama. just fun. ive been playing roblox ever since, still now, to this day, i play roblox. it never hits the same, though. i remeber in 2022 or so, me and my brother, (who is now in college), would play doors. listening to the doors opening theme made me actually reflect. i miss old roblox. i miss the memories that i had made then. i wish i could reverse time and go back to when i had no care in the world. when there wasn't online daters or cnps or drama or just weird avatars with the belly button shading shirts. (ew) this playlist really unlocked happy memories for me. this is my new main!! thank you for making this. it really hits different once you think about the old roblox memories every og has made. time really does fly.

2014-2016 roblox was peak entertainment. roblox wasnt greedy, they did actual events without sponsors, there werent crappy ugc, and the vibes were just much better. it’s crazy how roblox has gotten so much worse yet is making much more money.

Also reminds me of how I used to play on this super glitchy tablet and I'd have these 3 friends that I always played with. For us it was always us against the world,and we never thought a day would come where we barely talked to each other. It's crazy to me how easily you can make friends on video games and how long you keep those friends.

The sad fact about nostalgia is that it's a feeling that cannot be bring back. You can only remember how fun was baking some pizzas, deliever boxes, restock the ingredients, burn some pizzas. I used to play Work at a Pizza Place when I was 8, and I remember it was really fun because when you're young everything is great. If I play it today, I just won't have that fun I had in the past.
Roblox updated it's leaderboard, it's chat, it's menu. We had tickets, we had that old R logo.
I was just a child having fun, now I'm a grown child.

Work at a Pizza Place just doesn't hit anymore, Build a Boat for Treasure is now very toxic. Islands is dead because of Bedwars, i wanna be honest. Roblox has been apart of my life for 16 years, and seen this new generation has came, i have been kinda depressed. It's been almost 5 years since I started playing...unfortunately I started to play during 2019, I would say 2016-2019 was the golden era for roblox. I remeber all the fun memories of playing zombie attack, natural disaster survival, and work at a pizza place on my laggy ipad. Nowadays I only play those old games for nostalgia, and for the feeling of old roblox. Surly I miss the Piggy era, but I'm happy I experienced it, just like back in 2019 playing roblox for the first time. Sometimes nostalgia can hit you in the heart and feel like 1000 bullets. I may have joined Roblox in 2020 but man it feels like years ago. I remember begging my parents to have it after hanging out with friends and them finally letting me have it. I would play adopt me, Royale high, meepcity, work at a pizza place, shark attack, adopt and raise,. Break in and so many more. Especially shitty tycoons. But now I only have myself to accompany me if I ever return to revisit the places I spent so much time in and it will never feel the same. Honestly meepcity just feels depressing and Royale high is now unrecognisable to the beachy pink sparkly place I came to know so well. We may be more grown up now and Roblox is now different but we will never lose our memories of what it used to be

My phone would be burning after hours of playing with my friend on the line on Roblox. I would eat coconut cookies while playing. It was 2017. Always was happy to come home and play. When I heard lawn reality it sent me back to the good days of islands. back when it wasn't all about money, and buying and owning massive malls, but a simpler time, when you would go out with your friends looking at the new updates, islands, and fun adventures, when you would create a massive farm and feel like this is the peak of achievements... that's all we ever needed to feel true joy, in a time of crisis.

I remember playing Roblox when I was 9 or younger. I love how we always played those games without even caring, and today, after so many years, we consider those songs as nostalgia. Time really flies, I remember this italian friend I met who I would play everyday with. She'd always agree every game I asked for, and vice versa. Surprising to remember 2017 was 7 years ago. Such good memories.

Joined Roblox 2014, have played semi-regularly since. Recognised every single tune in this video and they each brought back so many memories. Despite all these games being elite and people saying 'old roblox is better', the actual quality of the games on Roblox have been increasing every single year and all the games featured in this video still get thousands of players a day.

Never thought I'd cry over video games, but here I am. Tears in my eyes because of the nostalgia... I remember the Work at a pizza place music and Meepcity SO clearly. They were one of the first EVER games I played when I first started ROBLOX. If you remember the old game menu (the button you press on the top left corner to Leave/Reset/Resume) with the three lines, you're an OG and I respect you!!

They are trying so hard to appeal to older audiences, they don't want to be seen as ''just a kids game'' and appealing to these older audiences they've brought in a bunch of awful people into the community, less kids are joining roblox because of it's appeal and the kids that used to be on there have grown up it's mostly teenagers and young adults on roblox now and it's kind of ruining the atmosphere and community and it's turned it into something toxic.

Back then in my day a game that reached up to 347K active players would be absolutely insane, and here is brookhaven and adopt me, all mostly with a bunch of children playing. Besides, roblox allows parents to have them choose which age rating their children can play on roblox. I haven't seen any toxic people either, likely coming from older still updated games like murder mystery 2 though. I play newer games now that I've grown, so I may be wrong about certain things. To me, I feel like the community on older social media platforms haven't changed but the roblox tiktok audiences are always going to end in chaos. Generally, I think roblox is actually getting better, There are many great FPS shooters now, More variety of games to play as well as actually, more children playing roblox. almost 300,000 children playing one game is already a ton if you consider it on a pie chart of a million people. The teenagers and young adults on roblox you're seeing are likely not even teenagers or young adults. I've seen teenagers and young adults on certain games, they're probably some of the wisest and chillest people you'll meet, plus, there's quite a little amount of players that are even teenagers or young adults that it's barely made a change on. I think that roblox tiktok has truly changed it into something toxic. Speaking to the more older players of roblox gave me more insight on what they think.

I was 9. Playing Work at a pizza place, went to the party island and do some other stuff. It was all fun until school began to become harder and harder. No more time, always on homework, now the party island is dead, hacked servers, toxic players, my 2018 favorite games are absolute dead. I wish we could go back even if we weren’t even that conscious, we still remember all of it and we will never forget. Kids in those generation will never know what we felt. Smile while it last

i remember getting excited to come home from school to play roblox with your friends, or cousins, or siblings.. always that one group where you would never ever think of barely talking to eachother anymore. playing obbies and tycoons, always teaming up and playing the same games, im so glas i got to experience that. and if you did too im happy. its a feeling we'll never get again but im glas i did get to experience it. This really hit me, reminding me of the times I played Roblox 24/7 every day with family and friends, watching Roblox UA-camrs play different types of games, like Meepcity, Adopt Me, Work at a Pizza Place, and other games that’s in this video. It’s sad now because it’s just memories that you can't go back to.Nostalgia… is what really hurts some people.

Every time I listen to these bangers I just realize we cant ever go back to play these games like they were before, its hella sad to think about.
Work at a pizza place and Meepcity are hitting me hard. Especially Meepcity. My sister and I would play literally for 6 hours everyday. We'd lay on the floor in her room, with our tablets, our tummies would be sore, but we wouldn't move because we had to stay by the charging cord so that our tablets wouldn't die. Goldfish bowls by us. I remmeber the music in Meepcity got annoying after a while, but now listening to it 6 years later, I miss the nonstop repeat of these lengendary songs.
I remember sitting in the living room with my small pink tablet playing work at a pizza place with my cousins, those where some of the best moments I can remember of my life. I remember I would always choose the cashier job cause that was my favorite.

As a Roblox player from 2011 this music sheds a tear for nostalgia. Seeing how games like Meepcity have changed and all the OG releases back in the golden days of roblox is just the perfect amount of nostalgia. Memories of being a young kid coming home from primary and playing old games with bad graphics and just classic Roblox studio meshes, free items and blocks placed down to make a game. I remember playing when players all looked yellow and blue, and when guests were a thing. I remember always counting my tix, hoping I saved up enough to get something new. I even remember some old friends I used to play with. Games were iconic back then, today they do lack that gripping gameplay I find, but I still love Roblox for what it is. The platform itself is legendary and is definitely something that will live in for a long time…
i very strongly remember sitting behind my old sofa in the toy corner with my arm on a plastic storage bin of my old toys during the summer holidays in a little dress playing meep city and fishing for 20,000 coins to afford the castle house. i really remember playing in my castle house and decorating it like a school and having people roleplay in it when parties were a thing. i remember waking up every morning and messaging my friend on my old ipad mini and asking her if she wanted to play meep city with me. i still play and look at all the rooms i used to decorate with the oh-so-very neon items and fruit themed furniture you had been given. i miss those days ngl

Don’t lie about when you started playing, just because you saw some videos about Roblox history doesn’t mean you fully know it’s history. As a fellow guest who started in 2016, like always the guests were removed, my new account was made 3 mints after the deletion of guests, my new acc got terminated, quit the game, came back in 2017, made a new acc was PG’d. Made a new account in 2020 or earlier, I don’t remember.

Probably the most nostalgic one for me was at 5:50. I spent hours and hours grinding for badges. I remember being so hyped when break in 2 came out.

My step brother introduced me to Roblox in 2015 on a holiday. We played Robloxian High School and Meepcity, yelling with joy when our houses were next to each other, the times back then, felt…real. They may be distant memories of Roblox but they were the best memories. Thank you to my step brother for showing me to this colourful, joyful world when you did, and thank you to Roblox most of all, for making mine and others childhoods excellent and carrying on the imagination you promised us. i remember oriental grove because it was the first map i ever beat in fe2, and at the time had one of the best osts in the game (imo). that was almost 6 years ago, and now with over 1000 hours combined across fe2, fe2cm, lb and tria, it still hold a special place in my heart
