I'm 15 years old, I run twice or three times a week, I've gotta say it's the perfect way to calm your mind after a long day, and you progress so quickly it's so satisfying ! Everyone should run !
I am 43 now, and when I am not traveling, or staying at large congested areas in cities that have heavy traffic pollution and particulate matter (Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.) where there are virtually very few unobstructed/uninterrupted long distance running paths/roads, I have been regularly clocking 5-7km every alternate day (I know it's not that much) for nearly the past 10 years. There have been ups and downs, and moments of lull, when I am moving cities, houses, working of jobs that are all-round-the-clock schedules, however, I have attempted to keep a regular routine as much as possible. The conclusion. Nothing can substitute a healthy routine that you stick to with discipline and integrity. It builds your mental health, your physical health and makes you into a psychologically strong individual who can take the challenges of life when they present themselves, and come they will.
For those of you who are middle aged or older: don't be afraid to try something like this, the key is establishing a daily habit, not accomplishing some specific run time or distance. I'm 59 years old, and I started running in March of 2020. For the first few days and weeks it consisted of a comically slow shuffle for 10 minutes or so, sometimes 20. I tried to put my vanity to the side (there were always other folks passing me as they ran, sometimes even the fast walkers) and just concentrate on my breath and on extending the length of the run a little bit each day. The hardest part was actually establishing the habit to get up and out of the house each morning, as early as possible. I guarantee that if you can establish the habit your speed and distance will improve automatically. At this point I run 25-30 miles a week, generally. My average mile has gone from 15+ minutes down to around 12-minutes. Compared to others I'm still a pretty slow runner but I don't care. I treasure the hour I get to spend most mornings listening to music and running for an hour in all kinds of weather. It's made a huge difference in my physical and emotional health.
I am in my 40s and I have started running 15 minutes and walking 10 minutes every other day. About 2 months ago I was struggling to keep up with even 5 minutes of running. I am feeling good about the increase of running time . Going to work towards making it an every day habit and increasing time as I go . I think it is great that you are doing so well can't wait to hopefully get there myself one day.
@@candidawojcik6356 That's fantastic, Candida! Good for you. Personally I think just establishing the habit of getting out of the house several days a week to walk or run is a notable accomplishment, no matter the actual mileage. I hope you enjoy it, and I wish you the best.
I did something similar and at the end of year one I wondered if I should do a year and a day, two years or 500 days, 501 or 1,000 days etc. Then a friend of mine pointed out that asking myself if I would do more was the wrong question. It is taking the default point of view that on an ordinary day I would not run and then, instead, deciding to go for a run. The real question isn't one of why I should carry on until I have completed a pre-determined duration or distance or checking each day if I wanted to carry on but simply asking why I should not run? Then in the absence of a reason why I shouldn't run, my default is to go for a run. It is then no longer a decision I have to make, it is my default setting unless I have some reason to decide otherwise. Coming up to eight years now (should be over twelve but I was knocked off my bike and the nurse wouldn't let me pop out for a "walk") and I still never regret a run and therefore see no reason to stop so I say that people should ensure that they are asking the correct questions of themselves and if there is no reason not to run, keep running.
@@Chitha113 Not that I have noticed and ElisonJackson below has been going for longer and hasn't stopped yet. It isn't something that concerns me, as far as I know activity/moderate impact can help develop bone density (although I'm no orthopaedic doctor).

Of course, the running is SO impressing itself, but I just felt for pointing out how incredible your cinematic got. It's so good! Keep up the great work. You are doing an amazing job!

I did this a while ago and to start off, yes it really helped my fitness & metal health BUT after a while it started to become a tyranny. I felt like I HAD to run to keep up my running streak going. Luckily I got injured and it gave me a break. Now I run 4/5 times a week and I run because of happiness not because I have to!
I got hooked turning the doorknob during covid after never being a runner before, just an athlete. Never really enjoyed going out on runs before, now it's a part of my everyday routine. Started taking it seriously this past October and it's incredible what the body is capable of with consistency & maintenance. Ran my first race/ultra in late December and not looking back! Looking to embark on this every day journey in 2022. Cheers to everyone on their New Years Resolution, and stick with it!
Of course your going to continue to run EVERYDAY! Looking forward to following you into the new year 2022🎉! You are so blessed to be grateful for your health & family! 🥰
I’m super inspired by you! I thought that me, finishing my PhD would prevent me to attempting running every day… but you got two baby girls and you did it! Everything is possible!
My grandmother walked every day until she was 95. Lived to be 97. Beat breast cancer twice. No other major health issues and maintained a healthy body until the end. One of the happiest people I’ve ever known. I started my *nearly* every day walking habit a few years ago at age 38 and plan on never stopping.
I’ve been running every single day for 6 years 1 month and 3 days ( started at 13km every day but since 2020 I’ve been running 15,5km everyday) From the 1st of Mars 2016 to the 3rd of April 2022 ! The 3rd of April I run the paris marathon, so for the first time in 6 years, 1 months and 3 days of running I allow myself 2 days of complete rest ! Running every day completely change my life, I combined it with a whole food plant based diet, never felt healthier/happier.
Thanks for the inspiration again! Great 3K time, incredible! Great reminder about healing and exercise and blood circulation. Congrats on being a father! My daily runs are often inside, but I owe the daily part to you. Excellent English.

Congratulations on your baby girls, Göran! Very exciting to be a parent. For me, it has been an excellent way to learn selflessness. All the best in your journey.
What an achievement! Thank you as always for showing us how it’s done. You inspired me last year to do the same, however it was unfortunately short lived. I broke my streak in mid February after developing shin splints earlier that month. I over did it. It killed me to have to stop but despite persisting through the pain it only made things worse so it was health over pride. I kept going out after a few days break trying to minimise the length of my rest but in the end two weeks were necessary. Even though I failed my daily goal I still continued with smaller goals and my fitness and times improved drastically! I am still really proud of what I achieved last year but this year I shall try again on the daily run and 1000 miles. Happy New Year, Göran!
Thanks Daria! And thanks for sharing your story, sounds like you did the smart thing, listened to your body and still got in a lot of runs through the year. I wish you a great 2022 and the best of luck with your running!
Love this video Goran. I am recovering from a car accident that happened in October 2020. I had to have surgery on my broken heel I spent 4 nights in the hospital, and I actually just started walking (not very well) today. I signed up for an ultra marathon April 7th. All I want is to get back to the things I love doing like running. Finding the strength everyday to keep going. Thank you so much for sharing
Another inspiring video! I needed to hear this today, especially the bit about "just doing something." We've had lots of snow where I live since the beginning of December and running in the winter I'm learning is hard work. Definitely need to have the mindset of just getting out there or I'd be on the couch.
Well done Göran, hatten av! This year will probably be my first time ever doing a Marathon, I've never competed at anything longer than 1500m and never run longer than 15km in training. The biggest challenge is that I'm doing this while my main goal is still on the track in sprints and mid distance running.
You are an inspiring guy! In addition to humility, you have a lot of resilience. Your family and professional life are role models. Love your videos. Keep up the good work promoting an healthy living style. Cheers.
Holy cow! I was listening to this video while doing some other things until I heard you say that you had twins! As a father of twins myself, I am so blown away that you have managed to keep up your positive running habbit, while also juggling the insane challenge of raising twins in their first year! Compared to raising twins, an ultra marathon must have seemed like a breeze :) Congratulations on your new family, and thankyou for inspiring me to go out for my run today! Good luck in fatherhood - twins are a wild ride.
Congratulations Goran!! This is so inspiring, on many days that I don’t feel like running I watch one of your videos and they keep me going :) and your videos are so well filmed and edited, I love them !!!
I have a lot of excuses to keep me indoors in the winter: snow; icy roads; cold temps; fleeting daylight. However, if i want to do that 50 mile race in 2023, i will have to push that stuff aside and establish a routine. I accept the Goran Winblad challenge.
You are an inspiration, Göran! Thanks for creating content and sharing your knowledge, training, experiences, journey and adventures. I wish all the best for you and your family in 2022.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for inspiring many people like me! I don’t plan to run every day as it is unrealistic for me, but I plan to increase the number of ‘active days’ in 2022. As you mentioned, it is better to do something than do no physical activity… Happy New year!
Awesome video. A running friend of mine directed me here because of my current streak, which is now at 409! Keep it up and you have a new fan here in California!
Good job, man! I also had a period in my life some years ago when I ran every single day training for ultras. I got till 1024 days in a row and then I decided to stop doing that to preserve the nice round number (1024 equals 2 to the power of 10)..
Amazing Göran 👏 👏 just came across your channel today! Love this 😍 I managed to run 613 days consecutively and can relate to everything you've shared. Thank You for inspiring us and congratulations on your twin girls!
Congratulations on your achievement. Truly a great effort. I plan to run for 10 minutes every day in January. Partly down to one of your videos on just going out for 10 mins.
Great job! Now that pain. 2 years ago I decided to not run even on a single day. It was tough, sometimes I was about to give up (e.g. to run for a bus) but at the end I managed doing this and I am so happy.
I only started my steak in November 2020, so you're 10 months ahead of me. Best of luck on the road ahead. I set a minimum of 60 minutes per day at the start of last year. It was super hard to never have any short days at first, but.. but the end of the year it had become almost second nature
Great video so inspiring. I always told myself I wasn't a runner as I hated it in school and I'm slightly overweight and had previous knee injury. I told myself It just wasn't for me. I said I don't have a runner's physique it's only for certain people. One day I booked a ticket for a 10k race here in beautiful New Zealand as a crazy way of setting myself a goal. I posted it on Facebook as a way of people holding me accountable and set about running. I had never run before and nobody showed me what to do and as I was running along the waterfront one day, I spotted a running club and decided to run behind them. Not realizing they were more experienced I felt I needed to keep up the same pace and after 2 km I stopped completely out of breath. Moments later I injured myself and was out of action for a couple of months. I went to the 10k race in the hope of walking it but somehow ran my first ever 10k in 1hr 20 minutes. After this a friend of mine who ran the Marathon, the same day said hey James guess what you are a runner. He taught me how to run slowly but for longer. Now I've run almost 10 x 10k and realised that almost anyone can run. I stopped comparing myself others and ran my own pace and before I knew it I loved running. It's like my mind was transformed and I took up running at the age of 46. Amazing.
Thank you! Started mine September last year and so far so good. Short runs on weekdays at least 4 miles and 10 miles and 13.1 miles on weekends. Slow paced runs but for now it doesn't matter since there are no physical races happening.
Inspiring video! I am in the process of daily runs for a month, half way through, good times so far! One question coming to my mind watching this video is "how many of those daily habits can we do until it gets too much?". 20mn running daily seems doable... but I also have 30mn of language learning for the last 10 years, 20mn guitar practice, weekly gym sessions, and now the daily running. I guess I could still squeeze one or two daily habits though, with commitment and time optimization 😊
Well done running for me it makes my skin better, I lose bad weight, my mood is uplifted massively, I sleep better, I have more energy during the day, I warm up and recover faster and my day to day life such as walking up stairs etc literally becomes effortless like I'm a feather with springs as legs and feet, in fact I'm subbing because I feel a connection with you, I can tell it makes you feel like it does me
Göran, well done and thank you. Your video from last year inspired me to run every day too, which I have succeeded in doing (bar three days when I was recovering from a bad fall in the mountains). The greatest thing about it is, having been plagued by calf injuries, running everyday actually cured me of them and I’ve been far happier in general as a result. Thank you and happy new year!
Thanks James and big congrats to completing that year, thanks for sharing your story really cool for me to hear about. Good luck with your second year 😁
Wow ... So inspirational and motivating . What a lovely , genuine guy . I will be showing my son this video and hopefully he joins me on my runs . I started two weeks ago having had a twenty plus year break. I rode in those years , but I love running . Thankyou ... Very much 👍👍👍
I’m inspired by your video. I just started my physical activity like almost 2 weeks now, but its just simply walking and not running. I need to reduce my weight and feel better. I have been making an average of 9K steps for 5 miles daily. Never too late for a change.
Do you not worry about over training? Recovery is as important as form. I’d like to run every day but have been doing alternate days to allow a good recovery.
I've heard running more than 10-12 miles/week can cause joint/cartilage damage. I'm no doctor, but I heard this from a physician/trainer so I'd imagine there's some merit to it. Especially since your body can never regrow cartilage the same. I don't want to be limping in my 50s lol I want to have activity and mobility late into old age, so long-term injury prevention is more important to me than instant gratification.
I made 100 days with (minimum) 5k run twice, and it was hard, but makes me happy and better runner. Now, im on prep. to marathon, but i feel little sick. Your movie motivates me - i want to start new year with tommorow run, but i finish my coffee and i will go to little run! Thx Goran, and all the best from Poland!
Happy for you & the pay off of your efforts! I'm really in awe of the footage you filmed! Seeing cinematic shots of people running in nature feels so satisfying to watch every time! Everyone deserves to have a form of movement that helps them feel connected with themselves.
Goran you have a great energy and soul. I didn’t know about your twin girls either. Congratulations to a beautiful family! I find running does amazing things for my mind and I believe it makes you that better version of yourself for your wife and daughters. Peace brother!
i'm from Brazil, here it's summer now and i have a goal to run all the days in january, so, my journey has began today and after your video, i am more inspired to do more! congrats, man!
Thank you! This was such a pleasant video. And the shots of you running along the water and in the hills....so beautiful. Thanks for all the effort you put into making this.
Run almost everyday, it improves my mood, all my days were positives. I feel like more actives, diligent and very light and most importantly, HEALTHY LIFESTYLES!!💪🏻
Great to see you are running every single day & managed to run ultra marathon without a muscle breakdown. Even I want to participate in 12 hours stadium run in August this year. I ran 45k this weekend and would like to run 50k in February. Post that I would follow your path. Thanks for this inspirational video. 👍
i made it 1:35 into the video then had to comment. the look of joy in your face and eyes is priceless bro. im happy to be happy for you if that makes sense. peace
Thanks a lot again for all these quality video's man! Go out there and chase your dream goals! We love to see them happen, anyway happy new year to you all!
Thank you for your inspiration. I haven't been running for about a year and after watching your video I went out and did 13 minutes. Feeling great, will be back out there tomorrow.
Amazing stuff. I ran 10 miles a days for 100 days straight which was a tough comment, I posted on my channel but need to redo the video. Anyway this has helped me to believe that if I can't find at least 30mins a day to run then I need to rethink my lifestyle. I'm 3 days in so far 😜 good job man keep up the good work.
Running on mountains and rocky areas is not easy! I started by walking around my neighborhood and my ankles were weak but in time after waking a few weeks my ankles adjusted to the uneven surfaces and I was less prone to falling. I did start off slowly. You do great in these harsh landscapes and cold area. I am still new to running I mostly walk but am trying to start running. My endurance is slowly improving.
Thanks Göran for the great sharings!! You are the one inspired me to do something similar a year ago. Today is my 456th day of running streak ~8k/day in average. This won't happen without your inspirations :)
Great job. Im closing in on day 800. It has been great for mental health and overall wellness. With a lot of race cancels ; I felt that it kept me on track. My minimum was 2 miles (avg 5.6 miles in 2021).
I haven't rewatched a video on youtube in a long time, but this video and your channel just generally are fantastic. Keep it up! I'm looking forward to following you as your channel grows into what it deserves to become.

thats awesome congratulations man, last year I ran 180 days this year I started my 365 day running journey
Well done - I agree it helps with mental & physical well being. Next week I'll be coming to 5 years of running everyday & I've never felt better!
Thanks and congrats on 5 years that’s super impressive and inspiring! 😀
Thanks Sarah glad you liked it! Ok sorry to hear about the accident, I wish you all the best in your recovery and hope you will be running soon again!
Another inspiring video! I needed to hear this today, especially the bit about "just doing something." We've had lots of snow where I live since the beginning of December and running in the winter I'm learning is hard work. Definitely need to have the mindset of just getting out there or I'd be on the couch.
Glad to hear you found it inspiring 😊 yeah it’s not always easy getting out for winter runs but you never regret it, good luck with your training 😊
Well done Göran, hatten av! This year will probably be my first time ever doing a Marathon, I've never competed at anything longer than 1500m and never run longer than 15km in training. The biggest challenge is that I'm doing this while my main goal is still on the track in sprints and mid distance running.
Tack! Ok cool to hear I wish you the best of luck in your marathon prep and track season 😀
Ok cool to hear you are a twin father as well. Yeah it's for sure a challenge but so rewarding as well, thanks and hope you had a great run! 😊
Congratulations Goran!! This is so inspiring, on many days that I don’t feel like running I watch one of your videos and they keep me going :) and your videos are so well filmed and edited, I love them !!!
Thanks Adriana, that makes me very happy to hear, that's the reason I put so much effort into these videos 😊
I have a lot of excuses to keep me indoors in the winter: snow; icy roads; cold temps; fleeting daylight. However, if i want to do that 50 mile race in 2023, i will have to push that stuff aside and establish a routine. I accept the Goran Winblad challenge.
That’s cool to hear, I wish you the best of luck Peter 😀
Bro please post your winter gear. Especially the shoes you're wearing. I need those for New England winter terrain. Congrats on your journey.
You are an inspiration, Göran! Thanks for creating content and sharing your knowledge, training, experiences, journey and adventures. I wish all the best for you and your family in 2022.
Thanks Joey 😊
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for inspiring many people like me! I don’t plan to run every day as it is unrealistic for me, but I plan to increase the number of ‘active days’ in 2022.
As you mentioned, it is better to do something than do no physical activity…
Happy New year!
Glad to hear you find it inspiring, ok yeah that sounds great, good luck with that! 😊
Thank you for the great positive video. I hope you are still doing well
Thanks for watching 😊
Great year of running with all the ups and downs, overcoming the obstacles and keeping the motivation no matter what. Best wishes for 2022
Thanks Javier, best wishes to you too!
Awesome video. A running friend of mine directed me here because of my current streak, which is now at 409! Keep it up and you have a new fan here in California!
Thanks, welcome to the channel and congrats on 409 days that’s a great achievement! 😁
Thank you, Göran. This video has landed at the exact right time for me. Happy New year!
Glad to hear! Happy new year! 😊
Very inspirational, proud of your achievement 👏
Good job, man! I also had a period in my life some years ago when I ran every single day training for ultras. I got till 1024 days in a row and then I decided to stop doing that to preserve the nice round number (1024 equals 2 to the power of 10)..
Wow that's amazing! I just ran a marathon for the first time last year, and made a few videos about it too!
Amazing Göran 👏 👏 just came across your channel today! Love this 😍 I managed to run 613 days consecutively and can relate to everything you've shared. Thank You for inspiring us and congratulations on your twin girls!
Thanks and congrats on your 616 days great job 😊
@Göran Winblad thank you brother 😉
Congratulations on your achievement. Truly a great effort. I plan to run for 10 minutes every day in January. Partly down to one of your videos on just going out for 10 mins.
Thanks! Ok that’s cool to hear good luck with that! 😊
Great job! Now that pain. 2 years ago I decided to not run even on a single day. It was tough, sometimes I was about to give up (e.g. to run for a bus) but at the end I managed doing this and I am so happy.
underrated
You are so underrated in every way, as well as the fact that running is extremely underrated, your endurance is truly insane.
Thanks 😊
I only started my steak in November 2020, so you're 10 months ahead of me. Best of luck on the road ahead.
I set a minimum of 60 minutes per day at the start of last year. It was super hard to never have any short days at first, but.. but the end of the year it had become almost second nature
Cool to hear, congrats on keeping such a great habit!
Amazing.
Thanks for sharing your story, super inspiring think many should read this!
Tack Göran. Ser fram emot nästa år. Ta väl hand om dig och din familj och god fortsättning på det nya året
Tack detsamma 😊
Lacing up the shoes as I watch this - you and the family have a fantastic, adventurous and healthy 2022!
Thanks have a great run and a great 2022 you too! 😀
Well done running for me it makes my skin better, I lose bad weight, my mood is uplifted massively, I sleep better, I have more energy during the day, I warm up and recover faster and my day to day life such as walking up stairs etc literally becomes effortless like I'm a feather with springs as legs and feet, in fact I'm subbing because I feel a connection with you, I can tell it makes you feel like it does me
Absolutely incredible video! The editing here is just mind-blowing. It keeps you hooked from start to finish. Exceptional work! 👏
Glad to hear, thanks for watching!
Very inspirational video Goran. I am very thankful for your videos, they always inspire me to go above and beyond in my own running. Happy New Year!
That makes me very happy to hear 😀 happy new year!
Very much 👍👍👍
That’s cool to hear congrats on getting back to running 😃
@@goranwinblad thankyou and I'm subscribing too 🤗👍😁 cheers from Australia 🦘
Wow, this video is such a gem! Thank you for sharing your journey, you are a true inspiration 🤞
Thanks, glad to hear you found inspiration from it 😊
dont forget to lift wieghts for strong knees that wont break down. leg extensions, front and back, and squats. no need to go very heavy .
@@Lilacs4 I’d imagine that’s true but also can be partly mitigated by running mostly off road. I think asphalt isn’t at all forgiving on the joints.
Ok congrats on getting that done! Ok I wish you the best of luck with your marathon prep then! 😊
Goran, you are inspirational. I love your calm and unassuming demeanor. A beautiful example.
Thanks for your nice comment Arnold 😊
Oh wow! Congratulations on the birth of your twins and Happy New Year!
Thanks 😊
Really insightful! And I didn't realise you'd had twins! Congratulations, that's amazing!
Thank you!! 😊
Happy for you & the pay off of your efforts! I'm really in awe of the footage you filmed! Seeing cinematic shots of people running in nature feels so satisfying to watch every time! Everyone deserves to have a form of movement that helps them feel connected with themselves.
Thanks 😊
Goran you have a great energy and soul. I didn’t know about your twin girls either. Congratulations to a beautiful family! I find running does amazing things for my mind and I believe it makes you that better version of yourself for your wife and daughters. Peace brother!
Thanks for your really nice comment, and thanks for watching 😊
dedication is everything, Stay Strong King!
i'm from Brazil, here it's summer now and i have a goal to run all the days in january, so, my journey has began today and after your video, i am more inspired to do more! congrats, man!
That's cool to hear good luck with your running!
I think your smile says everything about whether running is good for you or not.
😀
Congratulations on your accomplishment Goran. Beast!!!
Thank you! This was such a pleasant video. And the shots of you running along the water and in the hills....so beautiful. Thanks for all the effort you put into making this.
Thanks, glad you liked it!
Run almost everyday, it improves my mood, all my days were positives. I feel like more actives, diligent and very light and most importantly, HEALTHY LIFESTYLES!!💪🏻
inspiring and just wanna say RUN Göran RUN.
Your videos are great, I love them as much as I love running
Thanks 😊
Amazing video with great scenary and positive attitude. Thanks for showing to us.
Great to see you are running every single day & managed to run ultra marathon without a muscle breakdown. Even I want to participate in 12 hours stadium run in August this year. I ran 45k this weekend and would like to run 50k in February. Post that I would follow your path. Thanks for this inspirational video. 👍
Hugely inspirational! Greetings from a Swede in cold Beijing! ❄☀️
i made it 1:35 into the video then had to comment. the look of joy in your face and eyes is priceless bro. im happy to be happy for you if that makes sense. peace
Thanks a lot again for all these quality video's man! Go out there and chase your dream goals! We love to see them happen, anyway happy new year to you all!
Glad to hear you like my videos 😊 thanks and have a great start to 2022!
Twins!!!! Congratulations! Nice video! Beautiful quality!
Thanks 😀
Thank you for your inspiration. I haven't been running for about a year and after watching your video I went out and did 13 minutes. Feeling great, will be back out there tomorrow.
That’s super cool to hear congrats on getting back into running and good luck with it 😃
Great vid very inspiring. I'm also loving the camera work. Lots of beautiful shots.
That’s cool to hear great job!
A. The music is wonderful. B. The scenery was beautiful. C. The encouragement is great. Thank you for the video
My environment is gray and concrete. I would love to run in such a beautiful nature.
Really love this channel, deserves millions of subscribers! Keep it up!
Thanks Matt 😊
Running on mountains and rocky areas is not easy! I started by walking around my neighborhood and my ankles were weak but in time after waking a few weeks my ankles adjusted to the uneven surfaces and I was less prone to falling. I did start off slowly. You do great in these harsh landscapes and cold area. I am still new to running I mostly walk but am trying to start running. My endurance is slowly improving.
I have run 12 days in a row now. Some days are just 2 miles, but I do feel better. Thanks for the motivation
Thanks Göran for the great sharings!! You are the one inspired me to do something similar a year ago. Today is my 456th day of running streak ~8k/day in average. This won't happen without your inspirations :)
Wow that's super cool to hear, great job and congrats on 456 days with 8k average that's really impressive!
Absolutely loved this last year and got me into running for the first time. After a couple of months break I think it’s time to go back👍.
Congrats on getting into running and good luck on getting back at it 😊
Amazing progress! Looking forward to Year 3!
Thank you for this video, Göran. You just got a new subscriber. Love from Copenhagen.
Glad you liked it, welcome to the channel! 😀
Thanks William! 😊
@@goranwinblad Haha - don't thank me, we should be thanking you for the great content and inspiration. Keep it up!
Bra jobbat Göran och Gott Nytt År! 👍🏻
Tack igen 🙏🏻
This is awesome…I’m on day 54 of at least 2miles walking or running.best decision I’ve made. My initial goal is until Jan. 10 2023 (A little over a year on my 30th Birthday) I honestly have no plans of stopping after that. It is a major part of my life. I’m just a Happier person.
Gott Nytt År, och tack för inspirationen! :-)
Gott nytt år!
Man, this is inspiring! I've been following you for a while now, but the fact that after the birth of your daughters you kept on... wow! We're expecting our twins in a few weeks and I have no idea how I'll fit my runs in! If you could elaborate on this topic in a video that would be so great! Happy New Year!
Glad to hear! That’s super cool congrats on the twins, yeah will maybe make a video in the topic in the future, but no matter how stressful things get you always can find time for 10-15min every day 😊
@@goranwinblad Thanks, really appreciate your answer. Yepp, I'll have to make room for these mini runs that's for sure! :)
Love your videos! Congrats on a killer year ✌️ looking forward to seeing what 2022 brings you!
Thanks 😀
