I’m almost 30 minutes to 1 hour early everywhere. My tip is to plan your day the night before, like even put the address in your gps to see how far it is, add 20 mins for traffic, then get your outfit and makeup out and and set up. I always start 3 hours before it’s time for me to hit the door lol.
When I fly I always used to have the same symptoms. Now when I fly I take Sudafed like 20-30 mins before my flight and I get a seat by the wing. Also I seen this thing on Tiktok to ask the flight the attendants for warm water cup and cover your ears with it. I know exactly how you felt it’s not a good feeling at all. 😭😭😭
9:43 I think this is like when the pressure decompress too fast. Like when you go scuba diving n you go up to fast. I think you prolly could’ve been seriously injured. Next time definitely tell the flight attendant damn all that it’s their job! My sis is a flight attendant… they trained for emergencies

I look at it from the opposite way…..if I spent my time and money putting something together and everyone was super late then I’d be pissed. It can also result in missed opportunities for the future. Now I’m usually a little early lol
Yeah I have this in mind too and it’s not helping! I think I just have to start giving myself 2 hours. Because I kid you not.. every 10 minutes I forget that I’m supposed to be rushing 😭😭
@@AngwiTacho Another way to remember to be somewhere on time is to set alarms at night or at the beginning of your day. If you make it a part of your morning or evening routine, even better, I always find that very helpful. Coming from someone who has time blindness and major decision fatigue.😅

I think a lot of men aren’t built for this influencer life. Unfortunately. I always felt like some of the relationships might not have lasted because these girls travel so much and have their own stuff going on and that might be an insecurity problem amongst other things…lol men are just dumb😂

That sinus pressure is a common thing for travelers. Take flonase nasal spray 24 hr before travel and day of. It helps decrease the sinus inflammation and can relieve the ear pressure that can pop you ear drum. It's a steroid so just make sure you are ok with that.
I use earplugs for the air plane. I purchased one at walgreens for 15.00 dollars or more. I cannot handle the pressure from the plane and I immediately have to stuff those things in my ears lol !
