Everytime the lawyer objected, she immediately loses her fake crying and looks at the judge on whether to continue talking. Anyone under real distress wouldn't be able to pause their emotions like a robot.

@@cinislaw I disagree, considering what her psychologist said about her suffering from PTSD it is imposible to stop the emotions, that's the Trauma, reliving over and over again the same experience and being unable to stop the feelings and images. You can't control it.

Well, all of the objections were used as a tactic to throw off the flow of questioning. Sometimes the question was sustained, sometimes not, but the main tactic was to be annoying and try to throw the defense off track.
Also, the stuff Heard describes about Lily Rose is true. He did start using weed with her when she was 13, and allowed her 23 year old bf to live with her when she was only 15.
Johnny Depp is not this innocent little lamb that has done no wrong. He deserves to win, but the fan base that's developed over it is ridiculous. I bet most of them only know about Pirates and Jack Sparrow. The things people are saying out there make me angry.

It’s sick, my opinion is that she’s remembering all the events and just projecting. Switching what she did to him. I’m just now getting around to watching this trial from day one all the way through , during the trial I was working a lot. I work in mental health…those Joan’s on the plane , I’ve heard a thousand times…that’s not drunk…that’s withdrawal, and the boot…that’s another lie.

Like claiming she was so broke cuz depp sued her and that’s why she didn’t donate cuz she had to pay for lawyers. Then you find out her insurance had paid for the lawyers and it was just another lie/ploy. Idk how jd’s team didn’t lose it when she was saying that’s why she’s broke and didn’t donate.
I love how she talks about Johnny being frail, lost tons of weight, and tired all the time but also that he literally tosses her around like a ragdoll for hours.

I once dragged a drunk man that was asleep out of a spa. i put a pillow under his head and a blanket on him. i think johnny married a person that was very incompatible with his lifestyle.
I dated a guy who was not physically abusive but emotionally abusive and I cannot say his name to this day. I can't understand how Amber says Johnny did all of these violent acts against her and yet she can say his name over and over again.

Despicable and evil! I'm so glad he's in Europe far away from bad memories with friends, singing, playing his guitar and taking long walks. Sounds wonderful.

I can’t believe that there are actually people out there that believe the things that she is saying. Like I did not make my decision on this whole situation until I heard her testify, and then it was super easy to make the decision that she was lying.
I'm so glad the jury saw right through her lies. My husband works over 10hrs a day and he looks just like that. Johnny said he worked 17hr days, that must have drained him because he is an amazing actor because he puts his all into it. Amber just sat around with her drug addict sister and her free loading friends. I'm so glad she's rid of her.

I fall asleep like this if I've had a busy day! I've been in the phone and fallen asleep! I wasn't taking any d-ugs at the time! I was just tired! To take these, keep them and now bring them out just seems really icky to me. This isn't taking pictures of "rock bottom", this feels more like she was taking evidence for the future. Or she would have deleted them a long time ago. Like she their split, or the divorce being finalised. Keeping them like this just smacks of malicious intent - no pun intended.
I'm a current alcoholic and a former opiate addict. I find it abhorrent she is using his addictions against him. I've never once in my life been violent towards anyone.

This is false. People do not all respond to and recollect trauma in the same way. It is incredibly harmful to discredit someone’s experience of trauma because they do not fit your narrative of how a victim should behave.
I wouldn’t say no one but it’s been proven that people who experience trauma usually do not recall specific details like AH. Usually they remember how they felt during the time. I speak from personal experience as well.
I am 41 and when I was 5, I had a severe traumatic experience involving my mother ( drinking episode). I recall every detail of that day to this day.
