Pile 1: I never went to a nightclub before, I am in my 20s and I never drank alcohol (in my country you can drink after 18) and I currently have no friends 😅 I am not enjoying the idea of drinking alcohol at all due to trauma, and I'm afraid of going ouside after dark so this sounds interesting. But I'd LOVE to experience fun and genuine connections
You can always order a “mocktail” or another good option is drinking kombucha. Some virgin drinks that are just as good imo are like a virgin Bloody Mary no alcohol. So if you wanted to go out to start there’s always different options. Make sure you’re safe though, never leave your drink unattended, little paper lids are always good so no one can mess with your drink.
I might also add you could start off in more a laid back atmosphere like a wine bar/restaurant instead of a nightclub. There’s great nonalcoholic wines or you could order one glass of regular wine for example that you could drink with an appetizer/entrée.
