    YWAM (Youth With A Mission) exists to help young people pursue their God-given callings around the world. Every YWAM journey starts with a Discipleship Training School (DTS), a 6-month experience designed to help you know God and make Him known.
    Here at YWAM’s University of the Nations (UofN) in Kona, Hawaii we provide courses in the arts, healthcare, linguistics, sports, communication, counseling, education, science and more. Come get equipped, join a team and become a part of the global movement to see the Great Commission fulfilled.

    Did a DTS years ago... thinking back, I wish I had joined something REALLY useful, such as Sea Shepherd or any other legit environmental organization.

    Hi so i’ve been researching a lot about ywam. Lots of scary stories but not all are bad. One thing i have seen is that in locations they send the students to live as a homeless person for days? Is that true? Without phones and such?
