Wish I could come do this exercise with you. I have been told not to have any weight in the stirrup but when I was younger, I used to put weight in the stirrup as you described. So, I am going to raise my stirrup a notch or two and put some weight in the stirrup and see how that works for me. As of now, I had the same issue with my feet bouncing in the stirrup as she was doing. Thanks for your videos.

How do you have a relaxed seat if you have your center of gravity down in your stirrups ? I’m always confused about how ‘loose’ I need to be. I always hear heels down, but I don’t know how much weight should be in the stirrup vs the saddle ?
