    The most interesting video of agave attenuata I saw untill now. Thank you. My tree months old agaves attenuata grown from seeds are just going fine even under light without any sun or day light. Didn’t know they were so easy to grow especialy started from seeds in early falls. Hope they last untill summer time by the time it will be full afternoon sun on my balcony.

    Holy shit man! I just found your channel and you do such a great job! It looks good, very informative, not much biases, and you provide good information in terms of maintenance and landscape design. This channel has so much potential and yet it’s still relatively new and there is still so many plants to cover! I can’t wait to see what other plants are decided for future videos. Keep it up! Don’t slow down! I know this channel will grow pretty big! Please remember to focus more on design and maintenance. I believe that will be your advantage against other youtubers because other youtubers don’t do that. Please also consider using sunset zones as well as USDA hardiness because I use sunset zones instead of USDA. Anyways good luck with the channel and keep it up! So far you’re doing a better job than other gardening channels!

    Enjoyed the video and wanted to compliment you on your Craftsman style home at around 2:50. I'm a Frank Lloyd Wright fan as well. Here in Lake Charles, LA when I buy one of these in the next few days, I will put it in a container, as we do have occasional mid or later winter light freezes here(no snow or ice, except rarely). We are officially sub-tropical here and the plant should thrive nicely here outside in a pot for 90% of the year. Keep up the great channel and say hello to a new subscriber!

    Love this plant, but will go with Agave Blue Flame instead because I've read that they do better in the sun. Is that true?

    • @BudgetPlants
      @BudgetPlants  4 роки тому +1

      Yeah Agave Blue Flame is fantastic. They are slightly more hardy, but both can take full sun. It’s hotter climates, the attenuata can get sun burn on the leaves whereas I haven’t really seen that happen with the Blue Flame.

    Hey Dominic, great video. I was actually looking for a couple of these for my yard. I live here in Southern California and was curious how much shipping usually runs?... or is there a physical address for the nursery I could visit?

    • @BudgetPlants
      @BudgetPlants  6 років тому +1

      Hey Tom! Yeah we can definitely deliver...just jump to budgetplants.com and in the upper right corner is a link to ‘check shipping rates’. Then just pop in your zip code. Let me know if that works ok for you! And make sure to put in the UA-cam discount code... BPYT10
      Cheers!

    When you say “Mild toxicity to it.” what do you mean by that? I think kind of glazed over those facts.
