- Hey everyone, today I’m playing House Flipper 2 on PC and in this video I'll be building a beachfront home.
I've not built many beach homes so I wanted to build a little beachfront home as it's still summer, while I was building this home I was thought it could be for someone who lives alone or a couple who like to have family and friends over, hence all the seating outside and the cute little beach picnic :)

The builds take a long time to make, I have added this to my suggestions and I'd like to give it a try sometime but I also have other builds I'm already currently working on. Thank you for the suggestion! ^^
this house is to die for, its one of my favourites that i’ve seen. i love the detail and the use of space. i love the bathroom and the kitchen area is a great idea. the time and effort you put into these videos are just mindblowing-
also when can i move into this house-

@@ChaoticJelly i do have a question though if yk the answer regarding the summer getaway contest thing, if i was to participate and somehow magically i got a prize - what would i have to do or what would happen- i looked at the information and idk how they would let me know i won
I honestly have no idea as I've never looked into the contests, I've been in a stream before though and I would imagine it's the same as that and I think you email them and then they can verify it, I think anyway. They do have a discord which you could join, they should have more info there about any contests and how to get your prizes if you win. I think they also post videos on the contests too.
