I was and addict for over 20 years. I tried to quit many, many times and yes; I went trough withdrawals many time. When I came to the end of myself and ask Jesus to help me forgive those that had hurt or wronged me AND to help me surrender. My life slowly changed for the better. I first learned to fear not and trust Him; then, I Lear to wait on Him. Then, I learned He is sovereign and all of His plans for me are good( Jeremiah 29:11). He has restored me beyond anything I could imagine. When you don’t know what to do next. Sit, be still, pray, read scripture and Praise HIm.
@@yovanyfrias807 It took 15 days of withdrawal to get off methadone. I’m not exaggerating, I didn’t sleep for 2 1/2 months. My brain was so heavy medicated for so long it forgot how to sleep on its own. But Jesus Christ is Lord, there is nothing He can’t deliver you from!
I’m tempted and I know the consequences, yet I may not succeed in resisting. Only God can save me. Hide me away in a safe place oh Lord far from the sight of evil, fill me with your wonder and wisdom so that you God hold my focus above all else. Please don’t let me sin, God I’m so weak and foolish, please rescue me. Be a close mentor unto me oh Lord. Please don’t let me astray, hold me close God, make me clean please 😢

I'm so disgusted with myself, truly disgusted, been sinning 52 years and knew better, I pray he forgives me for the way I have transgressed in this temple, its time to get it right, clean up and get rid of sin that's what keeping me separated from my FATHER 🙏
It's OK brother, I messed up and sinned for 28 years of my life to, finally I got on my knees and confessed all the sin I could remember doing in thought and deed, by the time I was halfway through I realized God seen me doing all that and I realized truly how much I needed His forgiveness, then I said I believe Jesus Christ to be the Son of God and I asked Him to be my personal Lord and Savior and then I asked Him to fill me with the Holy Spirit and change me becuase I don't know how to change myself and save me cuase I can't save myself from death and I'm scared please save me. I did that right before I went to sleep and I woke up the next day a whole new person like it says in the old testament that the Lord would give us a new heart and change us. The good thing is we don't have to change ourselves The Lord God Jesus Christ is the one that saves and changes us, HALLALUEGH!!!!!!! And if you walked away from Him I got good news for you 2, I did to for about 9 months and I prayed to Him in those 9 months but I only did it for my own conscience sake, but when I got on my knees and poured my heart out to Him and was honest with Him about seeking Him again I just told Him I don't have the desire to seek Him or read the Holy Bible but I know it says His Word is like food for our spirit so I asked Him if anything please make me addicted to reading His Word and save me cuase I know I can't keep living like this, When I was honest with Him He was right there and saved me I prayed that to Him before I went to bed and the next day I woke up and picked up the Bible and it was the most awesome thing I've ever read so He saved me again, and He will do it for you 2. Just like Hos Word says if we seek Him with all our heart He will be found by us and He will turn our captivity away. THE LORD GOD JESUS CHRIST IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE. LOVE YOU BROTHER I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.

I woke up today saying I want to listen to the book of Isaiah and my mom texted med a scripture from Isaiah and then I also had the word Amos pop in my head randomly but said to myself that there's no book of Amos in the bible (just heard he was Isaiah's father now while listening!) And Facebook feed from 8 years ago had calendar that gave Isaiah 7 on December 1st

God’s Son Jesus has raised me from death or near death so many times and I realised that fact by listening to Isaiah. Tell me Lord God where I must go and I pray my Faith will open my eyes and ears to act upon that quest.

King Charles is a green environmentalist. While he is the "Head of the Church of England, I do not hear that he serves in Jesus' name. Wow love when God confirms His voice. I woke up today saying I want to listen to the book of Isaiah and my mom texted med a scripture from Isaiah and then I also had the word Amos pop in my head randomly but said to myself that there's no book of Amos in the bible (just heard he was Isaiah's father now while listening!) And Facebook feed from 8 years ago had calendar that gave Isaiah 7 on December 1st

Whatever we do wherever we are we are given grace , compassion and mercy: in all we do we are always in waiting and we don’t know it that our hearts holds the hurt we have done to YHWH, HIS Son, The Holy One, and at this point our sixth sense known as our conscience is activated at the same time. The Holy Spirit speaks in silence as no we ignore Him, this is the unforgivable sin, not accepting the only truth the only way the only life Who is to be acknowledged but we fail. We must not suppress The Holy Ghost, it is unpardonable to refuse repentance of our sins and failure to accept The Son
