There was a ride similar to this years ago around Six Flags New England but you laid down on it. I think it was called NightWing.
Extra wiggle on the descent....lol POV was better than the fixed ground view! Did it go full vertical? Looks like it was close.

i rode something similar to this at Kings Island near Cincinnati. it is so much fun! i love going on it in the late afternoon when i'm tired from riding coasters all day haha
i love that these things exist b/c a lot of parks are sadly getting rid of their enterprise flat rides
