Then answer this question. What practical suggestions did he give in his 30+ minute speech to bring Catholics back to the church in America? He complained about atheism, but not how to evangelise non believers and grow the church. He did even state why Catholics are leaving the church. Could it be because demographics are changing this country? Even immigrants entering are not Christians as Buddhist.
This isn't leadership on his part. Go home Sarah and solve problems in Guinea first. First, feed the hungary there. Where was Sarah when Guinea had a sever out break of Ebola and killed thousands in West Africa?
Stop the touring and raising money for the far right radical Catholics and creating a parallel church.

I have for some time believed the future of the Catholic Church is in Africa, and I hope that before long missionaries from Africa will come over to re-evangelise our countries. I will be pleased if the next Pope is African,although Cardinal Sarah is unlikely due to his age, the conclave is unlikely to elect an almost 80 year old man.

His Eminence says the Catholic Church in Europe is dying, and in some places is dead. But the holy Father’s policy is maintaining the policy of aggiornamento, more Vatican 2. He is so out of touch he doesn’t see the problem.

I honestly don't think the faith in Europe is "dying or dead". I live in a major European capital city and the faith lives. It will always live. It never dies. I reject such statements. We are an Easter people ever hopeful. We may have undergone apostasy and persecution (often visited on ourselves internally) but we are still here. The younger church may still have something to learn from us.....

0:15 after 2 decades world wars and the deadly Spanish flu of 1918 what could the church offer to make us believe that their mission has failed just through good work's of charity and trying to abolish poverty and human thirst for knowledge.
The TLM was never forbidden or prohibited so by trying to ban a Liturgy that is Holy will be a Sin against the Holy Spirit…….What was Holy then is Holy Now and forever…….

If we are so ingrained in tradition how will we be attentive to the promptings of the Holy Spirit?
The Holy Spirit inspired the Traditions, therefore we respond to Him THROUGH the traditions.
Tradition is not the problem, unless you mean the traditions arising from Vatican 2.
The Holy Spirit does not evolve and does not contradict Himself. Remember the Holy Spirit is God and God is the same, yesterday, today and forever. Once you understand that, then you know that true faith does not change according to the "whims" of worldlings so as to suit themselves. Hence, the adage "The Truth Pains". How true..May God have mercy on us all. Amen

Saint Paul said, " discern all spirits" If it is GOD'S SPIRIT, IT LEADS TO THE TRUTH, not relativism not feelings, no heresies, or apostasy
New ages followers says that Christianity comes from Egyptian or Greco-Roman mythology, or Christians celebrate the winter solstice, or they are idolaters, or that Christianity was invented by a single man. : the apostle Paul, etc.,. There is only one answer to give to them : the simplicity and clarity of the Gospel. These people should stop worrying with all kinds of absurd inventions, and their own imagination and rather read and laern the Gospel, the Saints and the doctors of the Church. Only then will they understand the Truth for themselves and the Truth will set them free.

This cardinal is a cardinal of 6:24 a Muslim country, and I hear nothing about Catholic conversions there. I lived in the capital city of Guinea and didn't hear a word about a Catholic church there. I hear a call to prayer from a Muslim mosque early in the morning
