If you see this I would totally buy some chicken wire and cut the appropriate size for the top. Have young tortoises outside is amazing and they love it. I have a similar setup in my backyard for mine and it works great.although I do have cameras where I can watch them for the time that they are outside.let me know!🤞🏽
Crows and Ravens can easily pick them up and steal them. Roughly around 4-5 year old is when you will be able to accurately tell if they are girls or boys.
Did the baby sulcatas do ok overnight in that gray box/pen? What is your climate like? We would like to move our 6 month old outside full time but not 100% sure he can tolerate it….seems like most babies are kept in for a year or two.

I’m in Texas! So they do great :) we bring them inside when it dips too cold out!
