Hotaru Futaba is not really great rushdowner but she is not bad too. She has good air-to-air capabilities and good meter build, unfortunately, her normals are bad and her defence is not really great

Pretty sure someone won a tournament with her tho. At least she isn’t as bad as Rock. Poor guy can’t do anything
