Theirs is a custom build with multiple voices (instruments) and styles (rhythms / accompaniment), and they've also apparently made it modular so it's relatively easy to transport.

I’ve seen many of these giant piano videos, and usually when I’m done I think it’s cool, but with some practice I think I could do it. After all, I do play the organ, so while it’s definitely different, I have at least played with my feet before. But Handstands and Cartwheels? Sheesh. It’s been years since I could do either one, but even back when I could do them I can’t imagine being able to do them in such a controlled way that I’d hit the correct notes with the correct timing. Yeah, there’s no way even with practice that I’d be able to come anywhere close to this one. Well, maybe with DECADES of dedicated practice building up the necessary strength, control, etc., but certainly not a few hours. My mind has been blown!
We humans are incredible. We reinvent everything whenever we get bored. Dancing and piano together? Sure, why not.
