SMG’s training in ice skating and Tai Kwon Do were so important in this show. It really made it easier to shoot the fight scenes and to get smoother transition shots to and from her amazing stunt doubles, Sophia Crawford (S1-4), Michelle Waitman and Melissa Barker (both S5-7).
THIS IS SO COOL!!! Every moment of this video fits the music, the words, the beat. It flows like a strong mountain river and you can feel the rush. Amazing. Inspiring. I'm sure I'll be coming back here to watch it over and over again when I need powers. Thank you for that.

Holy shit. Okay, I am FINALLY leaving a comment on this, and I am SO sorry it took me so long! I have had a crazy couple weeks. But I freaking love this video. It flows SO well. That was the thing that stood out to me the most! The way you created parallels and also just transitioned through everything so perfectly. It was freaking professional. Like I really think some network should use this video as a promotion for Buffy in syndication! Gah. I don't even really know what specifics to point out because it is just one fluid masterpiece. I do love that almost every Sia song could fit Buffy. I have always wanted to use Titanium, but this one, Alive, Unstoppable, The Greatest, Elastic Heart, Fire Meet Gasoline, etc all could suit her so well! So yeah, I'm glad you made this one! I just love this woman. Every time you vid her it makes me really happy, and I love that this one was mostly focused on the action aspect, and how Buffy fighting is truly an art. Like Spike says, it is a dance. She is unlike any other, because she has so much style and grace to her fighting style. Not to mention the personality she brings to it. I look on her character in a metaphysical sense as something of an adopted stepsister of mine; that doesn't mean I'd *approve* of everything, or even *anything* in particular that she does at that, to speak of, but love her? Sure!

Sitting here in another phase of watching your video daily... multiple times... and suddenly wondering how long it took you to make it? And did you rewatch the whole show again before starting?
I can't quite remember how long it took me to make this video, but I generally spend less than a week on my vids, the average for me tends to be 3-5 evenings. So this video was probably the same because I don't have any memories of it being particularly difficult lol. And no I didn't watch the whole series again before starting the vid but keep in mind that I have been a Buffy fanatic since the show first aired on television and have rewatched it constantly throughout my life lol, so I do feel the show has imprinted onto my mind at this point which is very handy for vidding lol!
