My broker snuck in the buyers' contract when we offered on a property. Would love to know how agents will do this before showing....

If the buyer is confused about signing the paper work talk to a lawyer and see what they say.

No buyer is going to agree upfront to paying buyer agent fees.
This isn't 1980, most listing's are online and available to view based on range of criteria.

But you can’t just go look at a house. You need an agent. “I’ll just go to the listing agent”, as if they’re not busy with multiple listings.

@@teleskopossomnium Sure you can. Ever heard of an Open House?
If my listing agent ever told a prospective buyer they are too busy to show my house.......You're Fired!

@@rack9458😂😂😂yeah cause people show up to open houses these days. Maybe the right buyer is working, or not off until 5. If an agent house 10 homes and each home has 20 interested buyers, you really expect them to be at multiple places at once? Get real. Good thing they’ll have you sign a 6 month exclusive contract so you can’t just fire them over your own ignorance

@@rack9458so you just want any random person walking in your house with no agent representing them? What if they walk in and start stealing stuff? 😂
