Yes, you may want to crush it between 2 spoons or put it in a bottle to dissolve first.

Nice! I generally use it for fear... fear of breathing, fear of dying, fear from an accident. I just used it last night for croup and took a dose myself! Thanks for letting me know this was helpful!
