The only things we found on our overgrown property was several rusted out still sights and lots of broken bottles. Every time 11:04 I take a walk in the woods, I come back with a pocket load of broken glass. I’m looking forward to the day when I don’t find any
You can use the truck to put containers in. I actually saw a truck a few years ago, that had plants growing all over the truck and he was driving it in the city. It was beautiful and most likely his food source.
Danny, I have a 3901 I used to clear some of my land in Tylertown and when I tried to put the forks on they would not connect. I finally gave up and took it back to Parish in Poplarville. They said I had bent the bar right behind the bucket. For the life of me I could not see that but, they fixed it for a nice fee. Be careful pushing with that bucket.
Wanda my daughter has lyme disease When you walk in that duff and bushes where deer go watch for those ticks! Best to take off clothes outside and wash in hot water Cover hair too The tick bit my girl on her scalp and was undetected until way to late
To bad it's in such bad shape. Those old square body Chevys are popular. Just found a old road on our property as soon as it dries out going to get the tractor back there to try to clear it. Love exploring the property.
Yall I had A 1981 Chevrolet Scottsdale for 17 years with A 305 engine then A 402. Then A $ 1200.00 350 crate Engine, hay I had 373 gear ratio front and back.
So cool. I was just commenting about this yesterday. Old truck is interesting. Looks like it's been target practice (passenger side door and other spots). Going to be nice once the food plot is clearned. God bless
@agapefield: in the South, the common name for the Chinese Tallow tree is “popcorn tree” because of the white seeds. The seeds are wax coated and birds love them. Since they are not digestible, the birds pass them and start new trees all over the place.
I loved seeing Danny's face so happy and excited! It's really something we don't see a lot of anymore. ... and then about 2/3 of the way through I thought about Brad Paisley's song 'Ticks' 😂 rofgiggling 🤣
You probably won’t see my comment but you outta take up a bunch of the leaves at pecan grove and bring them to the farm at the house and let them rot into the sandy soil and rebuild it.
Danny: will the Dexters work at eating thickets like that, or is someone better off using a rented goat herd to clear out 80 acres of it? An elder asked me, but I told him I'd ask someone that could answer (zone 4 in nw wisc).
That is all so awsome! Can you answer why there's a food plot in the middle of the forest? Maybe I missed the story of it all. I mean if there's a food plot out in the forest how can you keep deer etc out of it??? Have you shown the house over there ?
Today's world, it's a treasure, you must be young & ------, I grew up with those, saw that year come on the market! Kids today, the youth! Unappreciative of anything
In that moment Danny was a child again. Reliving the memories of younger years. We should all have a childhood of adventures to look back on.

Thats just GREAT. I could feel Dannys excitement of finding the old truck through the screen.
I found a frame of an OLD one ton truck in my forest … and parts scattered all over the ground
Congratulations Danny. I like to hear you talk about the history!
That’s so exciting!! How satisfying for you guys to find that hidden gem. Congratulations!🎉
Love it….. Found the Truck. Danny could start a legend that Bonnie & Clyde hid out here at Pecan Grove.😉
DANNY LOOKS PRETTY HAPPY.
Nice to see y'all full of excitement like a couple of kids enjoying the adventure of Life.❤👍
That truck is definitely a conversation piece. Keep it there for a landmark.

Exciting!!!
Bravo! Maybe salvage the motor
Very cool
Neighbor has an old truck on his 80, it was used as a deer hunting hideout. I can see it in the winter in the mornings when the sun shines on it.
Wanda my daughter has lyme disease
When you walk in that duff and bushes where deer go watch for those ticks!
Best to take off clothes outside and wash in hot water
Cover hair too
The tick bit my girl on her scalp and was undetected until way to late
I bet ole Danny could get her running again!
Sometimes it's the littlest things that bring us the most joy.
I live on 5.35 acres and watching your videos has me yearning for more acreage. God bless.
To bad it's in such bad shape. Those old square body Chevys are popular. Just found a old road on our property as soon as it dries out going to get the tractor back there to try to clear it. Love exploring the property.
Mr. Danny may have a future project. 😊
What a great fined, love you both can wait to see what you do with the truck.

Such a fun adventure! Thank you for bringing us along! I miss walking in the woods at my old place.

❤thanks for taking us on an adventure with y'all! What are you calling a "popcorn" tree? Is it tallow?
Great find, happy for you Danny😊
@agapefield: in the South, the common name for the Chinese Tallow tree is “popcorn tree” because of the white seeds. The seeds are wax coated and birds love them. Since they are not digestible, the birds pass them and start new trees all over the place.
@@andy38andrews96 yes that's what we call them in Texas aka trash trees
This was so fin to watch, thanks for sharing with us.
Yeah!!! 😊
Kool😊❤
I loved seeing Danny's face so happy and excited! It's really something we don't see a lot of anymore.
... and then about 2/3 of the way through I thought about Brad Paisley's song 'Ticks' 😂 rofgiggling 🤣
Good afternoon.
Danny, you would have a field day with a forestry mulched a few days. Looking forward to seeing what you have in mind for Pecan Grove.
That is a old Chevy a little duct tape and bubble gum and a new battery and it will run again the property looks good
Would be nice to have cabin way back in there.😊
❤ Love old story's from you both
That was just awesome finding that truck!
Great video
I'm sorry, but I missed the history of that old blue truck......
Will you restore the truck?
There's your next project Ole blue ❤
Now you have a blind for hunting!! Great find!
Thanks for taking us on your treasure hunt. How long until Danny starts restoring the blue truck?
You can’t get rid of Bahia grass
What's the story behind the truck?
You probably won’t see my comment but you outta take up a bunch of the leaves at pecan grove and bring them to the farm at the house and let them rot into the sandy soil and rebuild it.
Ok...I'm confused. Why is there a truck left in the woods? I guess I missed the conversation about all that
Me too 😅 I'm wondering what the story is about the truck.
Danny said the previous property owner used the old truck as a hunting blind
@@PurePeace20 Ah….thanks Pure. I was laughing bc it was like “what the heck? Why would someone park a truck in the woods and dump it”. lol….
Danny they say popcorn trees are a decent fire wood and grow fast , sounds like you guys will have plenty of firewood,🇺🇲🇺🇲🙏🙏🙏
Looks like an early eighties Chevy
It's got a six cylinder (3:35)
Is that old rusty truck too far gone to restore? It would be awesome to bring it back to life!
I'm guessing that's a 76 model Chevy.
Danny: will the Dexters work at eating thickets like that, or is someone better off using a rented goat herd to clear out 80 acres of it? An elder asked me, but I told him I'd ask someone that could answer (zone 4 in nw wisc).
I see $300-$400 in good steel in that truck.
How much acres do you have? Miss being in Georgia on 130 acres. Miss the quiet of only nature.
That is all so awsome! Can you answer why there's a food plot in the middle of the forest? Maybe I missed the story of it all. I mean if there's a food plot out in the forest how can you keep deer etc out of it??? Have you shown the house over there ?
The purpose of the food plot is to feed the deer and other game.
❤
(3:35) It's got a six cylinder.
Why don’t you make bio char with all scrub brush.
I understand they bought this land but how many acres is Pecan grove and who's truck?
👍👍👍👍👍
Nice video! Also im doing premiere videos on my second channel
Congratulations 🎊
Was pecan Grove an old family property? 😊
Is that your old home place what's the truck doing back in there
❤👍👍
That thing got a hemi in it ?!lol
Feb 2023, I am lost???
Chevrolet pick up truck.
Happy day!
The truck will be at SEMA in Los Vegas in 2025 !!!!! No GMO parts will be used,,,,,
That thing is really in bad shape, are you thinking of refurbishing it?
WATCH FOR SNAKES !!!!!! 😖
comment
Don't think that truck was worth getting excited about.
He is acting like he found a treasure. That's an old 80's truck, the he has been acting I figured it be an old 20's or 30's truck.
Today's world, it's a treasure, you must be young & ------, I grew up with those, saw that year come on the market! Kids today, the youth! Unappreciative of anything
That’s a 74-76 square body. Flat faced grill, round head lights and vertical side marker lights good indicator. The 72 is in high demand.
Oh Sandra I wouldn't say that I am young, I am 62 that truck does not look like a treasure.
Now here's the 64,000 question can you make it run again
Of course he can! Knowing Danny I don't know why you question it???
Is that old rusty truck too far gone to restore? It would be awesome to bring it back to life!
What is the story about the truck?
