    Guys make sure to try the different weight loss drinks I mentioned in this video. I tried them and lost 1 kg in 3 days without changing my diet or doing any exercise. Also if you're struggling to lose weight and you tried out everything you might have pcos so get it checked by a gynaecologist.

    Thank you. I've always been insecure about my stomach ( My stomach isn't that big but..) IN school I saw the most perfect body types walking past them or in my classes, now i am really insecure. I am scared that people would make fun of me so I suck in my stomach, But i know people don't make fun of me but I still think that. I really don't do the things you say I just make my own routine, (work out) It helps sometimes but most of the time it doesn't
    My work out
    -sit ups (10-20)
    -Heel touches (100 if not then 20 every week)
    -bicycles (100 if not 30 every week)
    -Russian twist (100 if not 20-30)
    -Plank (1 minute)
    -Hip dips (100 if not 30)
    That's all! Also don't push your limit like I did, I felt dizzy and I needed water also please eat / drink before you do a work out or you might feel like you need to pass out. I'm also insecure because i didn't get my period yet, and i'm the correct age to be getting it

    You should take drinks after meals
    For me it'll go like
    - green tea (evening)
    - apple cider vinger Or chia and lemon (morning)
    - ginger tea = 1 tsp ginger , dash of turmeric, 1 tsp lemon juice , half tsp honey (you should add honey after boiling)

    Hi I have a noodle recipe
    First me your noodles and add some salt and pepper to it and then adds milk/one teaspoon and then mix it in and boom 💥

    i’v got a problem, i don’t have scale in my house and i don’t know my weight so i can’t calculate my calorie deficit
    if i ask my parents for a scale they’ll probably ask questions and ask why i even need to lose weight
    what should i do??

      @@interstellaaa you can look if your school has one or if it's at your friend's house or something. If that doesn't work then just measure yourself like your waist, hip and chest and start eating healthy and walking more. You'll lose weight automatically 🤍

    Nah im as thin as a stick I honestly thought I was underweight until one day at school, we checked our weight and im 89kg💀💀 I just embarrassed myself infront of my class, my body fooled me💀

      Not at all, starvation can lead to weight gain in the beginning because your body stores fat because it thinks there literally is no food. It also makes your hair and nails become more think and weak. It can also cause depression. Plus your stomach has a very strong acid so it slowly eats your stomach so you'll have pain forever if you do it for a long time
