दर्द के साथ ही दौड़ते रहो तीन चार राउंड में दर्द थोड़ा आराम हो जाएगा और दौड़ के आने के बाद गर्म पानी में नमक और फिटकरी डालकर अच्छे से सिकाई करो और अगर ज्यादा दर्द होता है तो डॉक्टर से दवा भी ले लो मगर दौड़ मत band करना
