@chris carlyle can’t compare. two different clippers. I prefer the Andis master blade more for certain things.
@chris carlyle it comes with a taper blade. I use the Stylecraft Ergo with the masters blade now.! I gave away my cordless masters yesterday on my podcast
@chris carlyle you can get things done with the taper blade using guards just fine

best method for stretched blends i always use this method. try using a magic clip for the first guideline cuts so close to a 00000 great system bro keep it up
This is exactly how i do my skin line. Super easy and you never have to worry about the skin line. Its not the fastest method but it gets the job done efficiently. Great idea to put the fat master blade on a second pair i didnt even think of that thats actually game changing. Might have to do it myself.

Good work. One side tends to be higher bc our arms raised higher on one side. With me it's never been the bottom line. I zero gap my masters clippers.

Nicely demonstrated. Video request: using this same duo set up on a low bald fade haircut. something that has #1.5 to #2 guard on parietal ridge and #5 or longer on top.
I think one side we hold our arm up higher that's why we tend to put the fade up higher on one side. Hard to explain but I noticed I was doing it years ago while cutting hair. I still fade higher on one side but I fix it now at the end of the cut.

Are you able to use your phat masters the same on afro american hair. Depending on how coarse the hair is I have to debulk with guards.
You can’t debulk black people with the phat master. Amazing at fading tho

Yup! It isn’t flush to the top, but it is pushed up as high as it can go.

Yo when u fade with the masters try skipping the 3rd space and go straight to the second then back up to the third this method makes the blend look fire flame !

Normal double edge razors fit in feather blade holders?
Yup! I wouldn’t buy the expensive feather razor for that reason, but if you have one already, go for it.
Yeah I have the same one but I use the propriety blades for full shaves and a separate razor for lineups. Do you use pre-broken ones to avoid the bending problem making it not fit?
I break the ones that I use. Just don’t screw up in breaking them, if not, you should have zero problems.

O Kanenas out the box like that. I just zerogapped them. I showed it in my review. I didn’t bend of modify the bracket.

For a beginner, I recommend the stock blade. I’ve scene people use the fade blade and have success with it. I prefer the regular master blade.

Every reference with the Masters and Phat Masters, is in the reference of blades. Blades and guards are different. I have a video explaining the translation.

I’m not a fan of the fade blade. Also, I don’t use guards a lot.
