My mission here at Zulu Lessons with Thando is to help people who are serious about learning isiZulu to speak it fluently.
Thank you so much! Please don’t stop posting videos, you’re helping a lot of people. God bless you😊
I’m ashamed to not know isiZulu considering I grew up and lived in Durban most of my life 😔 I’m changing that now. Thank you so much for your lessons! I’m eager to go through them all. I’ll definitely be revisiting this video a number of times to revise and remember.
Thanks for taking effort to put up these lessons on UA-cam. Much appreciated.

please do NOTTT teach people if you are going to make LAZY analogies and interpretations, "chaza" is "explain", "uku chaza" is = "TO explain", don't start ADDING words when you translate to English while you carelessly left those equivalent words in the language being taught, if you say in English "TO explain", then in Zulu it should have been "uku chaza" !!!
I would normally ignore a rude comment like this one. However, since you are saying this, I believe you are probably teaching someone and will mislead them. And thus, I will take the time to correct you. Ukuchaza is an infinitive form of the verb, it is also a verbal noun/gerund. So to teach a person that the verb 'to explain' in isiZulu is 'Ukuchaza', that would be incorrect. Chaza can even be used on its own in isiZulu as an instruction or command. Please don't teach people the wrong thing. If you hear something being said differently from what you know, take the time to ask why it is said that way. Don't come with the disrespect. I seriously hope you are not teaching someone what you have written above.
Is better Thando sacrificed her time to teach others. What have you taught or contributed. I reward her efforts and ignore your rudeness. No one is perfect.
@tebogo motlhale - you were wrong and you were rude. Did you understand teacher's explanation now?
Thanks.
Thanks
Ngiyabonga Peter.
