Regarding financial I replied" my father is individual real-estate businessman and he has passive income from rental house and agriculture and he owns house in city which values $100 thousand dollars" but my visa was rejected and gave 214B

Documents should not be required then. In my opinion it is disrespectful to applicants to ignore documents. Visa is overworked. Earn the application fee.

I am from Nigeria and Please how do i start answering when they ask me "what has changed since your last interview" especially when i have no funding but i have a visa support letter from the school and am going for my second interview in three months since December 2023 i was denied. Please how do i respond to that?
I want to reinforce what Ben and other visa officers said. Its about your interview how you present yiurself with the visa officer. The documents and your travel history will not make any impact if you cant convince . I say this becasuse one of my friend who had travel history and had a stack of document but he couldn't talk about the purpose of visit and convince the visa officer that her visa application was denied three times
