But there are a lot of dumbass parents who probably see the images of these comics and think it’s okay if little Jimmy watches it without looking further
I am both happy and annoyed at the warning, I am happy because now people can remember that they have to make their own descision to watch it but annoyed that people have to be reminded in the first place... they have no accountability without a warning.
It's sad you have to have that disclaimer at the beginning, but considering some of the "This is animal aboos!!" comments I've seen in some of the other vids? Those kids really need to stay off this side of YT.
In the latinamerican fandubs, always put a warning about the content and fluffy fandoms never support animal cruelty and abuse. It's the only way to save to "susceptible idiots".

Four weeks isn’t “a while”, relatively speaking, since I start doing these voiceovers in early 2020. But people are much more sensitive these days.

Putting “abuse” in the title and marking it “not for kids” doesn’t seem to be enough for these folks.
