Come back home is a cover of the original by Seo Taiji & the Boys from 1995. There is a fabulous version from 2000 when Seo Tariji had a massive 25th anniversary concert, and he invited BTS to perform many parts of his album with him.

You might have heard the name Seo Taiji And Boys, the rap group considered the start of K-pop? Come Back Home is their song from 2000 that BTS covered. It's a hugely important song because as you know South Korea has the highest youth s_icide rate in the world due to the immense pressure to succeed. However, instead of that thousands of teens choose to run away from home to "not shame their families". This song was a call out to those teens and it literally made thousands either return or call home or walk into police stations and ask them to reassure their families that they were ok. When Seo Taiji held his 25 year anniversary concert he performed it with BTS and passed the torch to them as the new socially conscious group, basically naming them his heirs. (Btw, it's a STUNNING live performance! 🤯) 💜

@sjm5750 I think so far away with suga has the most beautiful harmonies with Jin and JK and the lyrics from Suga are amazing but Stay has a place in my heart over all of them as JK (my bias lol) co-wrote it and it was meant to be one of his solos for his mixtape but everyone agreed it belonged on the BE album because of the pandemic at the time and I love him performing it at sowoozoo

Seo Taiji belongs to the first generation. I don't know if you know, but "jamais vu" (never seen) is the opposite of "dejà vu" (already seen). It means that even if you passed for the experience or have seen something before, you feel like it was your first time.
Jamais Vu (from French so something like "sja-may" 😄) is the opposite of the more well-known Deja Vu. It means to momentarily not recognise people or situations that should seem familiar to you. That's why they're going around in a familiar circle figuratively speaking. I absolutely love this performance. It's the only song we have from these three together. Unfortunately, because they sound so good together and so good live. That being said - Jin's live high notes are just pure *chef's kiss* And I totally get the feeling about Jin's enlistment. It was like a piece went missing and the BTS puzzle suddenly wasn't puzzling. 😅 It proved once again that all of them have a part to play in the group and BTS is seven, always! 💜
