Congrats for the video. What is the difference between using the Duncan or the Weston knot?

Hi. The Weston is a locking sliding knot, while the Duncan is a non-locking sliding knot. Practically both work almost the same, but in areas where there is some tension and you dont want the knot to loosen, before you park your half hitches, a locking sliding knot is advantageous
