The Funny thing about Mugen that is Canon strength is merely a guideline for Fighter Authors not a law to adhear unless its the Rule of Cool for it stands supreme at least this Ryu is HITTING UI-O and provoked Goku to go MUI that to me demands respect
Hopefully, the creators of Mugen characters didn't see this, or else we might end up with a crossover nobody expected: "Cop Ryu vs Goku" a few months down the line. 😅

Goku had his hands full taking on Ice Ryu that he had to really go to his full existent to beat him. But that Super Ice beam attack is so cheap.
