I believe it’s because they’re are different levels of deaf the interpreter may be helping build a skill necessary for them which is reading lips because unfortunately not everyone can sign like myself. Being the case the only way to communicate would be text written or mouthing. As for blind people I’m not too sure but it may just be the interpreter talking and it looks like it’s mouthing
@@wesleytwiggs7687 it’s not the most ideal situation but yes you may do it yourself when you look at someone’s mouth and eyes or mouth and hands it’s just a different way to view things
