Extremely enjoying the videos. When you get to the point that you need a water source on your farm, make a rice patty just big enough to pull your tank into it. Initial cost will be around 1500 but you can refill for free without having to use a mod. Currently all placable water supplies charge to refill.
The swimming 😂 I was wondering if not de-limbing the deadwood last time was one reason you got like $9 or whatever it was but still hard to justify the trip isn't it. I'm with you on not constructing, buildings are hella pricy and there's so many practical money making options to buy but I actually bought the open sided 10k shed too because it's pretty cheap on the whole and it tickled my need to decorate a bit. Looking forwards to all that January cash rolling in.

Save up for the small saw mill and use the deadwood trees to fill it/productions
The deadwood contracts are to fill your own sawmills if you use them for that they become a 50k+ contract

I did the deadwood quest took all the logs home , collected the quest money , and all the logs disappeared .
Yeah they do that so it doesn't get super laggy I think. You need to either sell them or put them in the sawmill to keep them :)
