- Cooked on an iron girdle, this spicy and succulent quick fix boneless chicken dish is hugely tempting .Goes well with naan and paratha.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken thighs 600g
vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp
chopped garlic 2 tbsp
chopped ginger 2 tbsp
salt to taste
red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
green chili 2
tomatoes 2 ( medium size)
cilantro chopped (half a cup)
butter 50g

الزنجبيل المفروم 2 ملعقة كبيرة
افخاذ دجاج 600g
ملح للتذوق مسحوق
الفلفل الأحمر 1 ملعقة صغيرة
مسحوق الكركم 1 ملعقة صغيرة
غارام ماسالا 1 ملعقة صغيرة
عصير الليمون 4 ملعقة كبيرة
الطماطم (2) متوسطة الحجم
الفلفل الأخضر 2
الكزبرة (المفروم) نصف كوب
زبدة 50g
INGREDIENTES:
Muslos de pollo 600g
aceite vegetal 3-4 cucharadas
ajo picado 2 cucharadas
jengibre picado 2 cucharadas
sal al gusto
polvo de chile rojo 1 cucharadita.
cúrcuma en polvo 1 cucharadita.
garam masala 1 cucharadita
chile verde 2
tomates medianos 2
cilantro picado
mantequilla 50g
INGREDIENTS:

Adrak kutee hui 2 tbsp
Lahsun kutee hui 2 tbsp

Namak hasb e zaaiqa / swad anusaar
Laal mirch powder 1 tsp
