Hey legends! I hope this video brings you value and peace 💚 if you’re interested, I’ve written an insight into my process below:
When writing and producing these “one-track-looped” videos (which I’ve been silently referring to as Flow State Songs), I’ve recently extended the track length from 6 minutes up to about 10mins.
With each “cycle” (one loop of the song) I aim to create an ebb and flow kind of feel, like a wave slowly coming in to shore and then drifting back out again.
With a longer song, I’m hoping this makes the wave’s movements a little smoother 🌊
The chord progression/melody is on a shorter loop (about 3-4 times per cycle) but layers of instruments are gradually added and removed across the 10 minutes. The reason I keep the melody so minimal in these kinds of videos is to ensure that you can tap into a flow state as easily as possible (whether it be for work, sleep, meditation, reading, chilling out…whatever you like!)
I may look at extending each cycle even longer in the future, but I feel that, for now, this method works quite well.

We achieve wonders beyond our comprehension and miss the mark when it comes to understanding the strength in being a community. A whole world full of us. Divided in many ways. Yet, here we all are... against insurmountable odds. In the face of countless destructive forces, your ancestors that brought you into existense survived through more than we could ever know. All of our pasts brought us here, right now, to this moment. To share in the knowledge that we are connected by this singular point in the universe we call home. That we all bleed red and and carry scars. That you are here because every moment counted just for you to breathe this air. To feel it's breeze on your skin. To be a part of this place. To belong to it. A place where you eventually realize that you were never alone to begin with. That the word, "human" means something other than what we thought. It means that each of our lives are precious and deserve nurturing. To remind us we are stronger together than we are apart. That we can can lift each other out of darkness and despair by shining a light to guide the way so that we can all see that "human" is not what we are but that 'humanity' is what we are meant to be. And that you will never be alone. Hope is the light that guides the way. Because a life without hope is no life at all. It is MY hope we can all connect one day and take pride in knowing we beat the odds... together. If I could request something from anyone reading this now it would be to, please, love one another and lift each other up. I hope you all not only survive, but thrive. Thank you.

I think we’re all a little bit of Batman. We all have our own vendetta to either better ourselves or someone else. Heroism isn’t all about saving the world, it can be as little as holding the door open when you look back at someone following you. My day always turns around when I’m sad or frustrated and I see someone else sleeping on the sidewalk. If not for myself then I have to be good for them. For all of us being that hand that always reaches out since I’m always myself wishing someone would save me. Reminds me of that quote where someone all they see is darkness with no light so he decided to become the light

Ima marvel guy and spiderman is my favorite hero and love all the movies and have watched them multiple times. I love most of the first half of the marvel movies too but.. Christian bales batman hits different. It's more than just a superhero movie. It's a masterpiece. It's just a great great movie that's about a superhero. Instead of a superhero movie that's good. The story, the acting, the dialog, the scenes, the character arc of batman and what he stands for. His dedication to protect his city.. it's just a great trilogy and tbh, as much as I love spiderman, I think the dark knight series is the best superhero series.. if not one of the best trilogies ever. I just watched them for like the 3rd of 4th time a few days ago and it's still so amazing. Kinda wanna watch them again lol
