You can adjust the rear shock manually if you feel it's hard
The factory setting is quit firm.
My advice as biker would be to modify the seat of the bike and have a seat with lumbar support.

In Chennai the first service for my cb350 was only 1100 that with with taxes. This included oil change, water wash and polish. So i Don't know why he got charged 1800.
