Today we have to do some work at the creek property and we are going to see if the government trespassers have put up the new gates yet. I found evidence that trespassers are back.

yo there's a simple easy way to deal with them, dig a giant hole in the drive way and if they asked why its there after there car gets stuck in it say its for a pool so you cant be sued for making a "trap"

I have a battery operated weed eater but dont have all those attachments. I bought mine at tractor supply and i love it. Im old and i love battery operated tools. Im going to go see if they have extra attatchments for my brand of tool.

Hey Dutch I would say it’s the power company patrolling lines looking for bad insulators broken ties etc. a lot of times they will use a 4 wheeler when they can’t see from a copter
I'm a Powerline Clearance Tree Trimmer for 25 years now and the Power company absolutely is not required to notify you if they are entering into your property to access power lines because there is ALWAYS an easement that gives them legal and binding access. Notifying you is plain and simple a courtesy to you.
It also could be Osmose which checks and treats power poles.

Yes, I worked for a power company for 10 years and worked in the right away everyday, we always attempted to get permission to enter a property bf we worked.

We have been listening to your video about these tresspassers. If it there Power Poles on your land then the Power Comapny should have an easement to enable them to keep up maintenance on the their equipment. I suggest you go back to your closing documents from the purchase of the land. There should be a notation in the documents stating the Power Company has this easement. Respectfully, Ralf and Susan Georgia (Susan is a Real Estate Agent and has knowledge of these types of issues.
You and your brother should build a cabin he or someone can use and live in to keep an eye on the place, or someone you trust.... 2bedroom...

The changes in the creek are due to the heavy rains and tornadoes around your area.
You should be able to dig creek out to make a deeper swimming hole
May have to put a hunting camera camera up and see if you can get pics of whom it may be.
I don,t know the laws in your state--but I saw NO==No TRESSPASSING signs on your property....thats a big NO NO especially if someone gets hurt.

My uncle put his camper down by the river on his property for people to stay in that came to fish. Two weeks ago, he went down to the river and camper gone. Also, all the fishing gear in the shed and his tolling motor and his small boat. He has a tag on the boat, so they think they will find them.
I could not believe how much the creek changed. You certainly weren't kidding about that. Arrowhead hunting time.

In my experience not everyone is bad. But those that are need to face real consequences before they will stop invading our space, taking everything they can lift, hot wire or tow away, without hesitation. Anything they don't take they'll usually strip/destroy on the spot, rendering it all useless. And here local laws, law enforcement, have proven fully prepared to protect them, not us. Such involvement just costing me more time and money, adding frustrating insults to injury. So for legal reasons I won't say here what I now do to protect what's mine. But if anyone comes here without my permission and somehow manages to leave... I won't be making any phone calls or reports. Cause the trespassers will most likely be leaving with less then they came with. And I can do whatever I want with what they leave behind. Highly doubt they'd ever try to come back for it. Will be shown no mercy if they do.

Whatever your riding in, you should always make sure you have a jumper battery with you just incase your battery goes dead like it did. There are battery maintainers that are solar powered. You may want to get one or two for vehicles that are not used often which will save lots of money compared to having to buy new batteries. Have you thought about putting some trail cams in the area where there are tracks from trespassers? I hate trespassers!

Love the 4 in 1 tool. Just one note, when hooking a trailer to your truck please cross the chain into a x pattern (left chain to the right side of hitch, right chain to the left side of hitch). Reason is if the trailer does come off it prevents the hitch head from dragging into the ground and causing an even worse accident. If the chains are too long it won't help but if proper length it will (depending what you are hauling and the type of chain used). It saved us with a 16' foot lund boat when the hitch pin broke and popped the hitch head off the ball.

Don't feel bad. Here in Indiana it has rained nearly every day, we might have a day or two in between the rains, and the grass grows like crazy. So every 3 to 5 days we are mowing, in between rains....lol...but the garden is loving it...lol

Need to reach and pay your oldest daughter to mow your home place so you have time to upkeep your creek property...both places are a full time job with all the rain you've had, and since you want it kept under control, your only other option is to clone yourself...lol!
