- Locker Nuts episode 304
I paid $1,800 for this big locker. It was a gamble, but it looked clean and well organized, and lockers have been hard to get lately. So far it has turned out great, as I'm finding high value items and even cash and gift cards the prior owners left!
In this episode, I'll dig through a bunch more of the totes and pull out more great stuff. But one item in particular totally blew me away. It's uncanny sometimes, this crazy locker business!
Here is some of the gear that I use on a regular basis:
Jewelry Loupe Magnifier amzn.to/2ycfRq6
GoPro Hero8 Camera amzn.to/3cbvOfv
GoPro Chest Mount harness amzn.to/395eHKD

All of those hotel soaps and other sample size products are awesome to put in ziplock bags for giving to homeless people that you might come across. Also, if you don’t want to give directly to the homeless, all of those little hotel cosmetics are greatly needed at domestic abuse shelters. Please consider those options if they wouldn’t make much at the flea market.
They would be so expired!
Put the hotel soaps in ziploc bags and give them to homeless people. Even half used stuff is great.
Nice Chinese figurine collection! The two baskets sitting by themselves would hang on the figurine with the repaired yolk.
That’s what I thought!
The buckets hang on the yoke, I have one!
I like it when you spread the items over the table, (especially glassware) and show us what's there.
I think the baskets hang on the yoke
I was thinking the same thing.
My favorite locker series’!!! 👍🏻❤️
Thanks! Definitely one of my favorites. I still think the 3rd time lockers were my #1 favorite.
The hotel soaps and shampoos can be donated to your local Rescue Mission. They make make hygiene kits for the homeless.
Little green Chinese figurines - seven immortals.
Thank you! My best guess was an incomplete chess set, but seven immortals is way cooler. I appreciate the I.D.!
I Love that you are going through these boxes the way you are
Glad you like it. Thanks for watching!
Love watching your videos before going to sleep, watching you go through lockers is very relaxing. Thanks for the company, Jack!
Happy to put you to sleep anytime JR! 😀
You need your own television show in TLC or A&E.
Thanks! That would be nice, as long as they pay well. I kinda prefer to not have a boss... except for the wife that is.
@@LockerNuts
Yep, the wife is your boss😁. You are very entertaining to watch. Thank you for your great sense of humor!
That’s a nice vase! It will sell well!
Oh yes! All those will sell well!
I think those fishermen, and the ones holding the fish are a set.
Hey guys, FYI, I think the 2 ceramic figurine baskets @4:46, go with the figurine of the dude with the yoke around his neck @5:14. I think...
OH my gosh! I had fun watching you. Love your channel. kudos to Mrs Nuts for bringing you lunch. Sweet lady Thanks so much. Been watching for awhile now. OHIO
No Jack that is God providing for you and your family !!! You have the best luck with lockers !!!! Kinda Nuts right!! Janna is such a good wife !!!!
Amen to all that!!
I enjoy watching when you buy lockers solo This is a great locker
Thanks
Thanks Jack. I was not disappointed! May God bless you.
Another great video Jack. Thank you for sharing this locker with us I am really enjoying it. Thank you for all you do for us subscribers and members. 👨👩👦👦🐶🐈🐈❤💜💕👍👊
Glad you enjoy it!
Love that you take us with you finding treasures.❤️
Awesome! I appreciate you coming along.
Oooooohhhhh!!!! More good stuff. You will be feeling really chuffed with this locker.
To authenticate the Dooney & Bourke inside somewhere it has a little tiny tag that will say Dooney & Bourke if you flip it up and there's a serial number on there that's how you can tell if it's authentic or not I just know a lot about the company because I've collected so many over the years it's hilarious that the company was started in 1975 and it's clearly on most of the little key fobs in little charms hanging off of the purses but I was born that year 1975 so the company is 44 years old as of today
Thanks so much for the tips and insight!
Check the Music box. It played “wish upon a star”. So it might be Disney
Man I wish I would live nearby instead of overseas. I would love to help you go through this stuff just for the fun of it.
Your fine porcelain Chinese characters pieces are called Chinese “mudman”. Hope that helps in determining a price for them! ✌🏼❤️
Thanks
Also called traditional Chinese fisherman ornaments. They retail new in the U.K. at around $25
love these finds and can hardly wait for more!
Love the Belgium piece.
I would love to see a pen lot on the auction channel. Love this episode.
I will make it so. thanks!
On FB you can still sell them expired and partially used makeup and skincare products.. There is a group on Fb that sells them. On PoshMark too. StevenSteph do on there all the time with stuff from dumpster diving from UALTA.. testers and such
We are going to sell them in lots on our live auction Monday night.
Shirley Paslay: I think I told him the same thing on another video lol
Yes all the high end makeup sells heck I buy it 🤣 just sanitize it with alcohol spray 😉
Those green Chinese figurines are worth some money! Check out Ebay! Congratulations on a great locker!
Can’t wait for the next auction!
Me too!
Couple suggestions. First off on the statues take the to a specialist to find out the value. Second, examine all the coins before using them because you might find a rare one or two or a miss printed one.
Good suggestions, but honestly there isn't enough time in the day.
@@LockerNuts on the coins you could have the kids go through them. It would be a good teaching moment/lesson for them (if they don't know how already that is). I've pretty much had to teach myself some things about it. For example, I did not know that in 1982 there where 7 to 8 different kinds of pennies made. 3 of the different kinds where 1982-D Cop. Lg. Dt. (Copper large date), 1982-D Zn. Lg. Dt. (Zinc large date), and 1982-D Zn. Sm. Dt. (Zinc small date). From what I found out is that the 1982 pennies have the same three, but the fourth is copper small dates. As to the 8th one I have forgotten it's difference to the other 7 (other than it is a rare penny to find), but my penny collecting book only has room for the 7 different pennies. (I got my penny collecting book from Hobby Lobby for about $5 in my area. I've also gotten other collecting books for the other different types of coins).
As for the other items... The statues IDK what else you could do other than previously mentioned, but the vase you might be able to look up the stamp on the bottom to get an idea of the value, age, etc. (if you haven't already that is).
Cool sales Locker Nuts! Fun unit
Thanks Amber!
Haaaaa. Had to watch another one! Now got to get my butt moving and get some things done!. Awesome, awesome locker! Had So much fun watching🎉🎉
That lunch looked really good. Your wife is a sweetheart, and she’s pretty, too. Great combination for you. This locker has SOME stuff. Those quality soaps look great to me. Retired people no longer make money for “fancy.” We buy the generic everything. A bar of scented soap would make some old ladies feel special. I need to never miss an auction to check for perfumes...but those auctions can get high. Good for you, though 😃 Auction off the hotel stuff. I will buy it. The sizes are perfect for arthritic hands, and it’s quality merchandise.
I like this locker so far. Great find brother. Hope you find lots of goodies. Stay safe and stay healthy. Love your videos keep it up, brother.
Thanks so much!
3:30 Little Cheesers. I have quite a few, but quit collecting. They used to be pricey, but I see the prices have stopped escalating.
I never knew that was a niche. Thanks! I did look it up, and saw that it wasn't worth much either, so to the flea market it will go.
@@LockerNuts My advice, don't sell it too cheap, but price it just enough to make someone happy they got a good deal!
Soooo excited to watch. You rock!
Thanks!
Enjoyed watching this video x
Thanks! I’m glad.
Really fun locker!!
The Chinese figurines are modern "mudmen", used as decoration for Bonsai trees (larger ones for larger trees). The smaller figurines are also mudmen show the men playing a game of Go, an ancient Chinese game of strategy. Original figurines go back over 100 years. The sticks are fishing poles as the trees, especially larger ones, often had ponds or pools built into the display.
Hello from Moosomin, Saskatchewan, Canada. Thanks for sharing your great video’s please keep them coming
Some of the pieces are just ceramic pieces. But that vase is probably an expensive piece!
@CrazyLampLady would love the first vase!
Send her the link... it'll be in Monday's auction!
@@LockerNuts will do!
A lot of nice labeled boxes you found Jack, I sure hope that you find the things that went in them in the other boxes you are yet to go through. Those figurines if it were me I would just throw most of them or all of them in the trash as I think they look like garbage but that's just my opinion. If you can make something off of them I would be happy for you. The Belgium vase though looked like it could bring in some good money, very pretty. Looking forward to seeing what else that you find from that Locker. Great BUY!!! Ya I think that you should spend the coins keep them in the economy that is going down so fast. Give them to your girls for their allowance to spend where ever they choose.
Hey there if you have a bank which has a coin changer....use that...that way you don’t have to pay coin star fees.
No Coin Star fees if you redeem for Starbucks or Amazon credit. Since we shop with both, that's same as cash to me.
I think the baskets go with the man with a yoke....wow more great stuff
Still intrested in those empty gift cards!
Thanks for my daily fix
My pleasure!
i am just watching late i know my parents lived in indonesia and she brought dozen of them home they are her prize possions i dont know if there is value in them she called them fishermen .. so glad i found your channel its fantastic blessings on you and your family
Open part of that old fisherman is supposed to be agai st his knee I believe. You can fill gaps in statues with joint compound, sand and touch up paint.
I love things sponsored by mrs. Lockernuts!!! That did look good😁
The Oriental guy with the fish and yoke at 5:26 is where the buckets hang on the yoke. They all look like Red Wars. (Red clay) they look very nice to me.
Thanks!
That was pretty cool about the itunes gift card 👍🏼 Janna was so sweet to bring you lunch 💗 I don’t think Chocolate ever goes bad...I would eat it! Never pass up chocolate 🍫
Awesome 👌 I think the final tally is should be a bet.
I really love your videos
Thanks!
12:29 - Living on the edge.... Channeling Jeremy Hales, maybe?
The baskets hang on the Chinese guy that has the yoke they hang on each side of him.
There is a dumpster diver that says that high end dust bags and shopping bags sell very well on Ebay.
I'll have to check that out.
Man, they loved their ziploc bags! They would stick anything in a ziploc bag, lol.
HOLY CRAP!!!! that vase if i think its what i think it is is worth about 400-500$$
Nice storage unit. What a lucky unit👍👍Why do you those empty boxes if they are empty?
The Buddahs and figurines are an auction lot. The vase is good from Belgium you should research it before auction.
There are people that collect hotel key cards and casino cards. Don't throw them in the trash.
I never knew that!
People will buy boxes
Those baskets go with the man with the yoke
Thanks!
The Chinese fisherman that you have, the baskets hang on the fisherman with the yoke around his neck.
Some good stuff in this unit
The two buckets go with the tall statue on either side of the yolk across his shoulder.
It is better to use hot glue, then do a horrible job re-gluing. Hot glue will keep the broken pieces together until you can take it to be restored and wont leave your item ruined. (such as having to restore the original applied painting) Most Restoration is done with the type of medium that the item was originally made with. for example: porcelain, stoneware, clay etc.. They will NEVER USE GLUE, HOT GLUE IS EASILY REMOVED WITH A HEAT GUN OR BY SOAKING IN WARM SOAP AND WATER.
The buckets go on the man with the yoke.
That lunch looked gooooood
This locker is epic.
Now I am hungry!
lol that’s why we had a shortage
Guilty as charged!
Those figurines can fetch high dollar amounts
I sure hope so! We are suctioning then off on Monday.
USED Starbucks gift cards are very collectible and very easy to sell in lots
Even if they are empty
@@lanitaorjeraldlewisdillorl2258 absolutely , some old empty cards can sell for over $50 each, many sell for $5 to $10, along with other empty luxury brand cards, people collect them like baseball cards
22:13 was that a Dooney and Bourke bag with all the stuff in it?
That one is Banana Republic, and I think it’s leather. It’ll be in our auction on Monday.
I’d love to have that vase omg
Not sure but can’t casino cards have $$ remaining on them that you could cash in??
Thanks Amy! I didn’t actually know the answer on that.
Don't take your coins to the Coinstar. Some banks are paying a 5% overage for them.
I would love to find one close to me... I would happily give it to them for that.
Another great video! Lot's of cool stuff👍
The basket's hang on the yoke of Asian guy..js🍀
Thanks!
Very nice video thanks for sharing
The baskets belong to the old man with the yoke on his shoulders - my aunt has the same figurine
The expired diamond infused items will sell on facebook marketplace. They have a spot where people buy & sell used/expired makeup/skin products/perfume etc. You can make make some decent money selling that stuff there.
Chocolate doesn't go bad
Tell that to my tongue.
Hi jack take the coins to a local casino they take change and don't charge u at least they use to. Idk if u have any near you but if so, it's an option
Those vitamins are still good.... expiration date so you buy fresher ones
The baskets go on the plain guy with the stick across his shoulders.
Thanks!
Did you look closer at the pens? Mont blanc for example can be really expensive. Best regards
I'd like to know why people keep all those empty boxes.
They can sell them later online or sometimes if they get the newer product they can put the old thing in their original box and be able to sell it for a bit more
Sylvia Bergeron: I'm glad they did now jack can sell the item for more if and when he finds them.
Check those cards out before you toss them!
Jack u can sell expired and used beauty products and makeup on facebook mktplace. There's groups that u find and go on where they buy & sell just that. Don't throw that diamond infused items away. Let us know that u didn't. Same with Starbucks gift cards (empty) and other gift cards. Same thing with casino and hotel cards and keys. There's collectors of all those things out there. Starbuck coffee cups sell very good as well. You might be able to use the casino cards idk but it's worth checking out. If not sell them in lots
the baskets go with the big guy.
Research that Belgium art pottery piece....it is a very good piece, and signed by the artist by the looks of it. eBay is your better option for it. Probably $350 - $650 or so. Look up Boch Freres Art Pottery.
5:17 pretty sure those baskets go on this guy's yolk.
I think you're right. Thanks!
the baskets that are loose go to the guy with yolk
Thanks!
Look up name.. on poker high players seems like a players unit
Those oriental guys that are fishing are called mud men and the buddy with kids you need to look up I have a similar one and it's worth over 1000.00. So please look up before you take to Flea Market
Budda
Great finds
Thanks!
Small green oriental men might be chess pieces.
