Age ten, I had a bit of a thing for Elisa Maza from Gargoyles. Beautiful, badass, but also patient and playful with her friends. People always talk about how Goliath (the main character) had a voice that could turn men gay, buy Elisa's the lady that kept his eye, and I totally saw why

When I was a preteen (and you were a toddler) my biggest crush, though I didn't realise it at the time (didn't know I was bi) was Bakuryu II from Bloody Roar 2.
Also, make sure to tell Kirby that whatever time she needs for health (mental or otherwise) should be taken and to take it easy.

I can't say I've had that many childhood crushes since I didn't grow up with cable. But I'm proud in saying that one of then was Black Cat from Spectacular Spider-Man, she wasn't in the show that much but the movement that was like a boy's "awakening" to liking girls for me was at the end of her introduction episode (I want to say episode 9) and she did the famous upsidedown Spider-Man Kiss, and this was before I saw the first Spider-Man movie where it originated but back then seeing it on the Saturday morning cartoons I was like "😳Damn".
So glad to see you discover Emirichu. I love her videos, and would love if you reacted to more of her stuff. Also would recommend Sultan Sketches. He has a similar style.

When I was like 7 I had THE BIGGEST crush on future Trunks from DBZ lol. Also Orlando Bloom in Pirates and before that (here's an obscure one) Horatio Hornblower from the BBC series Hornblower, which mum used to let me stay up to watch. In fact, pretty sure Horatio has coloured my taste in men ever since haha! It went from him, to Will Turner, to Caspian in the Narnia movies. They all kinda look similar and are sailors on sailing ships wearing historical fashion

10:01 Vash the Stampede is from a late 90’s Anime called Trigun. If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend you do. There’s also a full-length movie 🎥🍿that I have yet to see but from the trailer that I saw it looked pretty good. Either later this year or sometime in 2023 there’s gonna be a new reboot of this series with a bit of CGI animation.
Zatch Bell!, known in Japan as Konjiki no Gash!! meaning Golden Gash!!, follows a 6 year old demon boy named Zatch (Gash in Japan) who teams up with a 14 year old human boy Kiyo (Kiyomaru in Japan) in what is basically a battle royale eliminating other demon children and their human partners in a competition to become king of the demon realm via burning their spell book which only the respective human partners can read. It’s one of my favorite childhood shows and I am still salty that they canceled the English dub in the final season. The anime doesn’t even cover the full manga!

I first heard of Emirichu from "Moonshine's AMONG US," a stop motion animated video of a some romantic couples playing Among Us, one of which being Emirichu and her partner Daidus.
My main crush when I was a kid was Melissa Fahn's voice. Secondary crush was Angewomon from Digimon Adventure (who was not voiced by Melissa Fahn).

Trigun is an awesome show-late 90's, a sci-fi western. I'm not aware of an abridged version of it, but I don't doubt there's one out there.

-my 1st legit anime crush was Ikuto Tsukiyomi Shugo Chara! he had that aughts punk aesthetic, a cat-boy & he could have done anything in his spare time but he chose to hangout with Amu, who didn’t think he was cute & pining after the “school prince” but he liked her “heart personality” while Ikuto liked her in general, and I remember going “Amu, if you don’t like your punk clothes & Ikuto, can I have them!?!?”

For childhood crushes….I’ll leave most that for the next part of this series. Since next one they bring in guys to talk about fictional girls. But since it was all guys…I’ll run with the theme. I get like ONE guy crush once in a blue moon and say he’s handsome. (I’m straight) Growing up…let’s see. Link from The Legend of Zelda. Skyward Sword being my favorite. Both for the Link and the game as a whole. Dick Grayson as either Robin or Nightwing. Now it’s just Nightwing. Avatar the Last Airbender…yeahhhh either Zuko or Sokka. And because I HAVE to bring in MHA into everything, Fat Gum. Specifically when he’s not in fat form. I don’t necessarily call them guy crushes because I just note the guy is handsome and move on. (Mustang is also on the list)
Has anyone considered recommending those Mario Odyssey hide and seek videos? Those are CRAZY and Alpharad joined in a recent round. They are a BLAST. It’s just watching these guys being fantastic gamers throughout. Just thought I’d mention that.

@@theduckgoesmoo oh and because you brought it up, watch 2003 FMA. Brotherhood isn’t just a remake. They have different plots I consider to be equal. Different characters are focused on, rules are slightly different, and arcs although the same at the beginning, have very different approaches with extra context in 2003.
I will mention that the Mario Odyssey Hide and Seek videos might not yield the best reaction videos since many are pretty long, but it’s still worth the watch.

The concept of Fruit Basket is about a young HS girl named Tohru Honda and how she gets involved with the Sohma family, who have a curse over them. 13 members of them are cursed to take the form of the 12 Signs of the Zodiac and the 13th being the Cat, who was ostracized in the myth. Rin is the Horse. Hope that clears things up.
