    Here's 3 of my best steps I use with my clients to help them ease their acute lower back pain. Acute pain is the short-term intense pain that usually follows an injury or recurrence of an injury.
    1.) Cat and Cow - Flexion and Extension movement.
    2.) Thread the Needle - Rotational movement.
    3.) Side Bends - Lateral flexion movement.
